Yes I had a 2 story home for 7 yrs and regret so much, too much work, when we were up stair and forget something downstairs none of us wanted to go down stairs to get it lol when we were down stair we didn’t want to go up stairs til it was time for bed 🤣 We are now in a single house 🙌🏼

Hey guys, from someone that just built a home a year ago, just keep in mind that everything you see in those model homes are upgrades! We didn’t know that when we decided to build. When they say “starting at” it literally doesn’t have any upgraded cabinets, flooring, granite, literally everything is an upgrade. what it comes with is pretty much apartment grade carpet and flooring. Even ceiling fans are considered an upgrade. None of the houses come with yards. If you pay for the upgrade, yes but if not you will get a dirt backyard. Don’t get me wrong, my house is beautiful but I tell everyone this when they start looking at building a new home. But it is fun being able to pick everything out and custom build your home

The first on is really nice! it's not only really opened which it look big but it's nice and simple. The second house was my favorite only because you get both a grassy area of a backyard and the pool you wouldn't have to built anymore and it's really nice as well. btw I love you guys so much!!!

The FIRST house!!! 🤩😍 Has more of BOTH of your guys’ wants. It has a huge master bedroom and the biggest kitchen out of the 4 and you guys have a big family + a lot of friends!! The second house would be perfect but the master bedroom is something you both really want and does not meet your wants like the first house plus the color of everything doesn’t meet your wants! While on the other hand the only thing wrong w the first one if that you wanted a two story :/ but beau doesn’t mind sooo. And in the second house you would invest so much in changing the color in basically the WHOLE house! The first house just seems more you guys and beau is right it looks so spacious which makes it look real fancy! but ofc it’s your choice and I’m so proud of y’all!!! 💕💕💕💕 cant wait to see which one you guys pick! 🤩

OMG, The 1st looked SO MUCH like your guys' style. Dark textures. Black Appliances. But it was single level. Im not sure if you guys are looking for single level, but it was nice! And the 2nd, I loved the living room, dining room, loft, and the stairway area. It was GORGEOUS! & then the 4th one! The last one, I could SO see you guys living in! It was not anything too extravagant, nice and home-y😊But whichever one, I know will be nice!
