@@angelvu trainees and panicking coworkers are the hardest part of any rush, not only do they stand in the way, but you also have to dedicate work to easing them into the groove. I once had a manager be like "it's like you have 2 and a half people" on a shift with 2 trainers and a trainee, and I looked at her like "I think we both know this is not how this works, you're lucky if the trainee doesn't count as a negative person" with all love to both, I will often have them sit to the side during rushes to either watch or recoup because odds are I'm working faster without them
