This is awesome! This is my favorite thing to watch on RU-vid hands down, mostly because I want to be doing the exact same thing, building off road buggies, about 20 years from now! Thanks for being such an inspiration and keep those vids coming!

hey there. i came across a website which has a list of pipe and angle joins that corrospond to what angle to use a mitres saw to cut the notches. the air tool can then just round them out.

Try to use "Tube Coping Calculator" from metalgeek -google it- , its very easy to use; I made my patterns from beer cans. Tnx for great videos!

I know I am late but all that time and work when you could have just made an adapter to use what you want to in the first place the rod ends...

I found e-bay the cheapest, even with importing them from the USA.
