The extra Ogre treads do correct an issue from set 3. From SJG site: "*One note, though. It'll take some crafty tweaking to make the treads on these fit correctly. They came from the factory with four rear treads instead of two/two. But there are work-arounds, and when we launch Ogre Miniatures 4 (at a later date), the replacement treads will be included in the set." So it looks like the new sprue has two sets of the correct front treads, though that's just a guess.
It looks like you are hiding your pile of shame off camera at the start! All good as I have only managed to paint all of set 1 so far and the rest are waiting. I suppose my procrastination has paid off here since I can do a combine force properly now and use all the original stuff for straight pan euro. I had no idea Steve Jackson was releasing these minis. Too many projects to keep track of anymore.
