Ogre plays Link to the Past [18] Swamp of Evil

Welcome to the swampland... we hope you enjoy your stay, since you can't get in or out without a portal or mirror. The dungeon here in the Misery Mire has a particular theme, also the introduction of Wizzrobes... enemies that are weak to the local dungeon item and said dungeon item is multi-purpose fun one.

MEANWHILE, AT THE SWAMP OF EVIL...

I always call the room where you hit the switch to make the blocks raise and lower "The Dead Fish room" because the wall that the spark is traveling along resembles a cartoonish fish skeleton and the skull pot is where the eye of the fish would be.

Misery Mire! I always thought Misery Mire was the name of the dungeon and the area it was in, but I guess not. This dungeon sucks, but the item you get is really cool and I wish they brought back somehow. Like Ice Palace, there's an instance of a redundant key in randomizers, a locked door that opens to an area you already have access to and therefore can ignore.

Did that cave with the bug have a bombable wall?

For some reason this dungeon makes me think of Round 4 of Alien Syndrome… Also, is it me or are the Wizzrobes similar to the Wizards from The Tower of Druaga?
