Oh! I forgot to tell my story when I commented some days ago lol I started with the idea of selling halal beef jerky as it seemed to be a great niche market & is in line with my spiritual principles. I got myself a commissary kitchen about an hour away & I'm almost licensed, the inspector believes it will be sometime this April, truly exciting. I have always had it in the back of my mind that I wanted to sell food from a cart. Before I even found your wondeful videos, I thought hotdogs might be nice! Your inspiration was the cherry on the hotdog sundae that I needed to really finish off any doubt or insecurity I had about the potential success of this work. What I appreciate most is the lesson in being dynamic with your mindset & even the food you sell. If something isn't working, figure out why & change it! Keep up the great work, may God extend your life & bless your family. Ameen.

Here's an update! I found a nice cart that was underpriced on craiglist by the grace of God Almighty & cleaned it up real nice. Next is speaking to the city & health inspector & getting the job done!

How the hell can you talk so dang fast lol ... love ya Ben, this man and his information got me started with my cart and pretty much saved my life as well. Started with a hot dog cart and now I'm on the path to expanding to my second food trailer and making even more money!

So Ben I'm a Chef just moved from Ga to Annistin Alabama and I want to get into the lemonade vendor business this summer .so I looked at all your stuff online and it's very informative but when I called my local health inspector he said even at the local flea market I'd have to have some type of cart to sell lemonade? Lol That I can't just have a set up like parkers. Now yes I want to join your team I want your book but as of right now I have 22 bucks to my name and waiting on a settlement. I have not worked in a month. Pay and jobs is very bad here in the culinary industry. I did not know this just had to move hastly an find affordable housing for my family . If you would please help me out and give me some help with how to handle this situation or advice I'd be very grateful

If I can’t afford those lemon smasher things that requires the co2 tank should I just buy a juicer for my pop up vendor cuz I still want customers to know it’s till freshly squeezed because if I don’t have a juicer or somewhat their going to think it’s probably pre mixed
