Ohio Beef School 2023 Session1: Inputs Costs and the Markets 

The first session of the 2023 Ohio State University Extension Beef Team’s Virtual Beef School was broadcast via ZOOM on January 11th. During the evening the focus was squarely on what cattlemen might expect in 2023 including the outlook for production costs, land values, interest costs and cattle prices. Featured speakers for the evening included Eric Richer, Field Specialist for Farm Management, Clint Schroeder, Program Manager for Farm Business Analysis and Benchmarking Program, and Garth Ruff, Beef Field Specialist, each with Ohio State University Extension.
