@@Nimuetootoo federal court rooms do not have cameras. This is one of the biggest trials of the year. The wires are the last thing I think about. The sad court room is not nearly as sad as this case.

Nothing prepares you for what this EMS lady witnessed. Brave, compassionate lady. I carried out three deployments. I was a paramedic in the Army. No amount of training prepared me for what my eyes witnessed. A dying child in your arms and a distraught parent. That I found deeply disturbing. Now retired.

From what I understand despite suspicion they were not persons of interest at the time they moved. So for a short period they lived together in Alaska before returning to the area (which they again did voluntarily) they were under no travel restrictions prior to arrest.

They moved to Kenai alaska bcuz they knew they were guilty of these murders and wanted to get away from the eyes that were all on them. They were being watched here in alaska too. The wagner family matriarch which is the grandma Frederica owns almost 2000 acres of land, she is the 2nd biggest land owner in all of Ohio and breeds & sells show horses and has a net worth of multiple millions...even tho they all were living in one of the poorest counties in all of Ohio which is Pike County.

the laws regarding broadcasting of trials are not Federal. it's decided by each individual state. Florida is known for its "sunshine laws" which dictate that people have a right to see trial coverage, but this is not common in other states.

@@nathanbrynmenyn935 not sure I understand your position. We are just now getting to the point that cameras are allowed in more court rooms. This case is not in an area that typically televises court cases. It has nothing to do with valuing Cruz over the Roden family.

Ohio is a Conservative State Though and Through meaning it’s not going to satisfy the Curiosity of the Public with the gory details of a Crime this heinous, Therefore It gives the Family and People involved the choice to be video taped or audio taped so they deal with this in private In Ohio if 2 people rob a person and the person who got robbed pulled a gun a killed a robber the living robber will be charged with murder of the dead robber ( who was killed by the person who got robbed) The State Will be bringing all the weight of its Laws against those who commit serious crimes in Ohio…. Ohio citizens are Hurt and floored that citizens in our state would do this to another citizen .. No over the top publicity will be given to a crime like this … just the full weight of the law to all involved… as it should be … Florida Not so much … a different state than most … ijs And by no means does it means this Crime is not as important as any other crime … Ohio don’t play pleasing the Public … Ohio has long sentences and Death sentences here and Both are handed out like Candy…. Ijs…🍬🍫🍭🍩🍪

Very nice compliment to a lady. However she is a paramedic that responded to a call. She is testifying regarding that run as a paramedic. She is not there for a review on her hair or dress. I am a retired female paramedic from the 80’s into the 90’s before there were very many females on the scene. I find this comment disrespectful even though I am sure that you did not intend it to be. I have never seen the hair cut and suit commented on when a male paramedic was on the stand. Please thank her for her service and care of the victims. 🚑🩺

That doesn’t mean it’s nepotism.

In poor rural communities in the US the fire and EMS personnel are often volunteers so it’s not nepotism as much as it is lack of funding.
