Between the umms & her taking notes after each question, this is unbearable to listen to. If she needs notes, have someone else write them. I’d really like to listen to this trial, but I just can’t do it as long as she’s asking the questions.

This is what real life courtroom/trial is like. I worked for an attorney for many years. The first time I saw my boss in the courtroom, I thought it would be like the movies. Having watched many different courtroom drama movies and series, I was somewhat disappointed. This is pretty much what most trials progress. Slow, lots of unnecessary questions, etc.

You should’ve watched the Darrell Brooks trial. It just ended yesterday and was a sh!t show. If you didn’t watch it, if you can stomach watching him be totally disrespectful the whole trial, I would. The judge is trying to limit an vulnerabilities to a successful appeal. He's doing a good job of making sure that the prosecutor is clarifying who is doing or saying what. for instance you can't just say "what did they say or do?" It has to be clear that This specific person said this specific thing or did this specific thing and these other specific people were there."

See was in a very stressful situation, her pause could have been due to other thoughts that did not have anything to do with how many sisters she has. That's what I senced anyway. Just saying. Plus her ex is staring at her. Under that stress I'd probably have to pause and count how many sisters I have too if that's why she paused.
