Always fun catching sauger. Will be going to Meldah dam on Ohio river next week. I agree with liking to put one of them 5-6 inches in your aquarium. We catch a lot that size. They are so cute

Nice video - I fish the Ohio pretty much every week down past Pt Pleasant. Mainly spots down this way, not too many smallies. I always bring a trash bag and pick up what I can...trying be a good steward of the river.

I used to work as a fisheries biologist on the Ohio River, back in 2008-2010... Such a cool fishery with tons of diversity, it's good to see you enjoying her mighty bounty. Tight lines brother.

'The Bricks'! One of my favorite spots,,, on that right day. FYI,,, Maybe, just a tad too much talking & tape cutting? I was getting dizzy. lol,,, I was hoping for some more content/ description? There's so many Newbies out there,, if they go fish the River 3-4 times & don't hook up with anything, they will give it up, & quit fishing it all together. Maybe, mention how far out your casting? How long of a drop,,, 3-4 sec,, or just hit the bottom & crank it in slowly? I don't see you hopping the jig? Looks like your sitting on the WV side,,,, I've seen buckets full of undersized eyes & sauger heading down the tracks. maybe, Do everyone a favor & mention the size & creel limits, ON EACH SIDE?
