Lol... So I get a call from my daughter in the morning telling me her furnace quit working. Spent all day watching your videos on oil furnace repair everything I could find. Went to her place and asked her what was it doing. She said nothing. Every other time it quit or wouldn't start she'd just hit the reset and away she'd go. but today it would just make a quiet hum then the reset would kick up. I went down and checked it. Yup! motor wouldn't run. not seized. Then i disconnected the wiring and hooked up power to the motor direct and it ran like a top. So the relay kicks on fan will run but the pump/ burner motor won't get power to run. Of course can't find no one with a video to trouble shoot if it's the control or the lower board with a few coils and a wack of resistors. It's a 369AAN Bryant with a Beckett AFG oil burner. Any idea what I should check next?
