Great video but just a suggestion, you should prime the new oil filter before you install it, ie, fill it with fresh oil which will get the new oil around the engine faster when you re-start the bike. Of course deduct the amount that you fill the filter with from the new oil that you pour in at the filler later. Also I was always told to crank the bike with the spark plug caps removed until the oil light goes off before starting to reduce wear, I'm not sure if this is true but I do it anyway.
A full synthetic. I used Motul 7100 4T 10w40. But if I remember correctly Ducati specifies a Shell oil, think it is called ultra/advanced or something like that. Hope that helps :)
