Bert Luper sounds like a very good detective. His testimony is accurate and factual. I'm surprised he wasn't leading the investigation instead of Vannatter who came across as sloppy and awkward.
Romulan2469 - Bert Luper is part of the blood planting conspiracy, in fact, he was the first step. He is the one who directed that the socks be collected into evidence. He didn't see any blood on them. At that time they didn't have any known evidentiary value. So, if you like Bert, you must think OJS committed the murders. At 2:05 in this video it's made known the lone glove that was in a drawer in OJS's closet was a right hand glove. That is very significant and I didn't hear any more about it in the case. OJS was described as being very organized with his clothes. Why would OJS have only the right glove of a pair in this drawer? ~
Vannater was hot hot mess did not know any better carry a persons blood around his pocket , he had plans not to book it, oh yea Marcia we got evidence this blood vibe if I oj I really be ready kick *** my DNA my blood how dare. You stupidity there part dont blame jurors hear me good
56:10 One of many major kayfabe breaks in the trial the camera just happened to catch while panning away from the witness giving testimony or the examining attorney: Marcia Clark joking with Robert Kardashian, the black female attorney in the Simpson group *and* Kim Goldman.
@@DiahRhiaJones that's why Mark Fuhrman pleaded the fifth, because he's the one doing the mixing; and doing the mixing along with Vannatter discovering and collecting evidence. And that EDTA, "I guess you can explain that as well? Ms Clark sure as hell couldn't explain it and neither could the prosecutions experts. No public defender in this case.. This time it was real defense attorneys with their own law firms and a client who could afford their services. The LAs District Attorney's Office wasn't going to get away with white washing OJ Simpson...
@@kennethcharles1386 1. There was no evidence ever presented by the defence that DNA evidence was tampered with or planted. Nothing but BS claims. 2. The prosecution offered up the DNA evidence to the defences own experts to review and the defence team declined. So they don't get to talk about its contents. 3. Until an explanation is given as to why OJs blood was there to begin with, no discussion about its contents is even relevant. 4. Cochran knew all of this was going nowhere and thats why he abandoned literally all the BS theories and instead focused on the bloody glove which had shrunk from being soaked in blood. You imbeciles have no argument and neither did the defense.
back when DNA was mysterious and new. also back when cellphones were rare and useless and there was no social media. probably why people were happier then
This case proved corruption police officers how many defendents been framed Marcia Clark and detectives Furham had plans plant the gloves and sprinkle the blood ⚓😳🐦😈😈😈😈😈😈
I see you're a homicidal thug apologist. Good going defending a rabid cockroach who butchered two innocent people. Better be careful...you know....karma!
just the opposite, OJ was treated with special VIP treatment from the jump. any other suspect wouldve never been allowed to leave parker center, wouldnt have been allowed to do his low speed bronco suicide guilt trip he was treated as a celebrity from day 1 continuing through the entire trial where he sits like he's at an autograph signing table flirting with the jury lmao
Except a mountain of dna a bloody fuckin glove blood in and on his car. I can’t believe there’s still dummies that think oj didn’t do it. He wrote a book confessing to it my god!
Very scary he ready tell a lie, no log and don't. Know who did what when or where they walk all through crime scene had no right search OJ house, out if blue lets get Simpson did not look any other suspects sad a set Lang walking around with OJ blood for days and took sneakers home ok was framed
@@lynndragoman1573 , she began in the DA's office 1988 or 89. I don't know when she had her first case. I would think before this, but don't really know.
