OJ Simpson criminal trial from July 11th, 1995. (Testimony From Witness Ellen Aaronson, Johnnie Cochran, Marcia Clark, Testimony From Witness Francesca Harman, Testimony From Witness Denise Pilnak, Raw, Uncut)
The greatest trial of the twentieth century. I must have watched or listened to this three times since watching it the first time in 1994. No matter how many times, it never gets old. So long OJ.
It is very difficult to prove a guilty man innocent, and it is very easy to find an innocent man guilty. Also, there are a few crooked cops but many cops are complicit.
They droned on so much during this trial. The jury's eyes were always glazing over and depression from being sequestered so long. This is what everyone means when they say judge ito didn't take charge of the courtroom. Lawyers will go on and on asking the same thing that supports their side until the judge tells them to stop. It was ridiculous
That Couple that went on the date , that was a major blow to the Prosecution.. They were on the ground , walk right pass the scene and saw nothing, heard nothing, that mess up the prosecution time line.. OJ innocent 1000000% for sure.. No doubts.. RIP the Juice..!!
The last witness (Denise Pilnak) carried herself well, and she's nice looking. She's rather prissy and has a sophisticated aura about her.. That area had some well kept, attractive people it seems. I don't see any reason for her to lie given the fact that the suspect is a stranger to her.. Her testimony absolutely contradicts the prosecutor storyline..
she is nice looking? really? do you need glasses? she is a total nut job. she said she is good with time because she wears 2 watches. tell me another person you know who wears 2 watches? there isn't any.
YOu seen Monica Lewenski.. She was hot.. Yes that Date Couple was a death blow to the Prosecution case.. . They walk right pass the scenen and saw, heard, NOTHING AT THE TIME THE PROSECUTION SAID IT HAPPEn..That was death blow to the prosecution timeline.. OJ 10000% innocent No Doubts. Rip the Juice..
Darden is an imbecile along with Marcia and the entire LAPD. If they hadn't done such a lousy job and the case had been tried in Santa Monica instead of downtown LA they would have won.
@@Romulan2469 Just wait until Mark Ferman takes the stand then is impeached when the Defence calls their witness with audiotapes. no matter what jurisdiction he would have been acquitted, except in the deep south.
Jason Lowe funny how so many people ignore the fact that this was a very messy job for those smidges of 🩸 that was found. Timeline says he wouldn’t have time to clean that up.
That's ridiculous. First off, even if they did bleed profusely on OJ, it would have soaked into his clothes in the time it took to get to the Bronco. And secondly, they didn't bleed that much on him. His position relative to the bodies precluded that. (Especially in the case on Ron Goldman who got several of his wounds standing at a distance from OJ.)
marcia clark wanted her to change the time that her and her boyfriend walked passed nicole condo. she wanted to fit their narrrative of the time at an early time... they didnt see any bodies at the time they passed bundy.
1:27:40 - does it strike anyone else that it was “extremely quiet” at that time because the murders had already taken place, the animals and insects that normally make noise were spooked after sensing the murders, stopped chirping, went away in fear, which is why everyone says that time on that night was particularly oddly quiet?
Well, and the flip side of this is that Robert Heidstra said he heard "commotion"...."an argument"....amd someone yell "hey hey hey!". So while it was quiet at certain points, it most certainly wasn't quiet when the scuffle took place. What I'd really like to know is who else heard or even saw what happened and never talked. I'll BET.....there's an eye witness out there SOMEWHERE!
exsxpx1 they have receipts when they had dinner. Do you believe Mark Furhman and Vanatter, why on earth would Vanatter take a blood vile from Parker Center to Rockingham and Fung put it in a trash bag without his partner knowing? One more note: Judge Ito in legal terms called Vanatter a liar.
+gino007able He took it to Fung because he's the criminalist and to get a proper sequential evidence number. Furthermore, he didn't put it in a trash bag. If you think Vanatter was doing something nefarious or circumspect, why in the world would he do it in broad daylight when the premises was swarmed by media, helicopters, photographers, etc.? Also, when did Judge Ito in legal terms refer to Vanatter as a liar?
1981lashlarue. Judge Ito never referred to Vanatter as a liar. What he said was "I cannot make a finding that this was merely negligent. I have to make a finding that this was at least reckless." This was with regard to Vanatter obtaining the Rockingham search warrant, nothing to do with any evidence. Facts are like Kryptonite to some of the people that comment on this trial. Don't take my word for it here is a link to a New York times article explaining all. www.nytimes.com/1994/09/22/us/simpson-s-attempt-to-bar-evidence-is-turned-down.html
@@thehapagirl92 Just imagine if they both ran into OJ wielding a knife and slashing Ron and Nicole to death that night. OJ saw them, they make a run for it and the Juice is on the loose, her blind date guns down OJ and he effectively becomes her saviour, as well as the saviour of the rest of the world sparing us that not guilty verdict.
It's amazing how somethin so obvious can become confusing just because how bored everyone is and how they wanna figure something out. How insanely sad for Ron and Nicole to have had noone there to help them that night and then their deaths become entertainment for bored people. Tragic- even a book called "If I did it". Just cant be real can it. I mean wow
If I did it is overrated. Written by the guy who came up with the 10:15 junk. Oj wrote nothing. Up put up fraud, Simpson haters get conned into believing
Well put. It’s impossible to overstate the damage done by allowing this trial to be on TV. It (along with other key events coupled with technology and the media) - set the stage for the absurdity we see today (adults have turned into children). "Man is at least as much a problem-creating as a problem-solving animal. Better a crisis than the permanent boredom of meaninglessness." - Theodore Dalrymple, Life at the Bottom
What is obvious? By the Prosecution’s own timeline, OJ was back at Rockingham and banged on Kato’s wall at 10:40-45pm. A very credible witness just testifies and clears OJ. How did he kill 2 people, strip his clothes off, drive back to Rockingham in 10-15 minutes? Nothing is ever obvious.
What difference does it make what their route was when walking to the restaurant?? "Am I missing something? The route "from" the restaurant, relevant. Eliminate all these asinine irrelevant questions and stick to the relevant ones and the entire exchange could be reduced by 80%. These law school goobers just love to be center stage and hear themselves talk...
In 1994, 2 plates of pasta for $47.80 would be extremely high without drinks. Out of this group, I'd believe the woman with 2 watches the most. She makes the blind date and other woman wrong.
49:37 Ellen stops and is friendly with OJs family when she gets off the stand. What’s that about. Also, who is the guy in the suit with OJs family that walks her out?
Hard to see what really happenes. Looked more like OJ's mom simply said something to her as she walked by and she simply stopped and acknowledged like any civil human being would do. I wouldn't read too much into it.
Whether you are aware or not, eyewitness testimony is very unreliable. Doesn't make any difference if it's for the defense or the prosecution, it's unreliable. The people believe what they are saying. Arnelle Simpson believed what she was saying, and she was factually incorrect about nearly everything. When someone says one group is more believable than the other, that's just their own bias. I believe Danny and Ellen ate dinner at Mezzaluna. Everything else is their best guess of where they were at what time. Look at the physical evidence. It doesn't have a fuzzy memory, it doesn't have to remember what time it was. Physical evidence is the most reliable. Eyewitness testimony helps some, but not very much. It can't be counted on. ~
Uh no, because these people claim to have all been in the same area at the same time yet somehow none of them ever saw any of the rest? Uh huh. Got their 15 minutes of fame.
Its important to know all of these timeline witnesses thought OJ was guilty. EVERY ONE OF THEM went against the prosecutions 10:15 timeline. This is why Darden is treating them so badly.
The state could not prove a timeline of murders shame they mad if witness does not benefit them everyone knows st a t e frame OJ if he was guilty that could not prove beyond reason doubt search OJ house got his socks put blood on them and who knows what else
If the phone records from Nicole's mom were entered into evidence, this case falls on day one. Verizon failed to produce them as well as Nicoles mome. She spoke with Nicole around 11pm almost up to midnight. OJ was already on the plane to chicago.
@@suburbiajones2268 there was not enough time and there no blood where should be blood like going upstairs, on the carpet , the walls , the drains that came up empty on blood evidence . I believe these murders happened later than what they are saying . Did they ever get ahold of Ron Goldman’s pager or phone records? Remember Nicole’s phone records are sealed
Darden is totally incompetent to question any witness listen to this line of questioning the witness said she didn't see anything while driving. That should have been enough. Being sarcastic to the witness doesn't help the prosecution.
Darden knew about Furhman, his department looked into bad cops. As soon as they found out the Defense knew about Furhman's record, they added Darden to prevent him from being called as a witness and to put a Black person on their side.
@@michaelflores8369 I suggest Adding the book A Problem with Evidence by Joseph Bosco. That discusses the serious under reporting of the media as well . That discussed the falling out in the District Attorney office over convicting OJ at all cost
@@garrickgregory6403 i got it and read it also you may want to read this book this man speaks the truth it has 825 pages all about the police testalying oh my he brought out alot of stuff they did illegally to OJ the book is called OJ SIMPSON did not do it guess who did.
Isn't it odd the pre-meditation, though? If OJ snapped in the moment..OK... But? He puts on gloves, grabs a cap, a knife... disables dome light in Bronco... He knew he was going to kill her when eating McDonald's, right? Kato was messing his plan up by riding along... He'd been working on the plan a while before that night... All the mistakes happen when he makes it home... Perhaps he should have just driven the Bronco to the airport and skipped the limo... This is hardest to wrap my head around.
Why did the prosecution just not admit the index cut was made in Chicago??? That is what the evidence was saying. They wasted time there. It was not the cut your looking for.
I can feel these witnesses nerves. Must be so nerve wracking. I get nervous just being questioned as a juror has to be hard. I guess a courtroom is pretty intimidating for most. Oh and since everyone else is here to argue the fact, YES (💯) did it. For me it’s just his past abuse history , the evidence and who else had a motive or reason.
This chick had no business being on the stand. She wasn’t a witness to shit. She simply wanted five minutes of fame. I was more of a witness, sitting on a couch, 1,500 miles away.
That is a very walkable area. On a nice summer evening it would make sense. Why drive to a restaurant that is 19 minutes away by foot? Parking in LA sucks.
I will try to dumb it down for you. They walked in front on the crime scene during or immediately after the murder time according to the prosecution. They saw and heard nothing including a wailing dog. This testimony is very relevant
You are too invested, and are unable to separate appropriate light weight joking from a contentious/ adversarial relationship...yo the type that apparently contend that each counselor needs to be attacking the other...in other words, it's necessary for them to engage on useless drama rite?
The case started in January, here we are in July, he let the prosecution take 5 months to try to convict him, now he's rushing the defense on week 1, LOL
couldnt sell snow cones in the desert, his baby justice analogy in closing was so boring. Quickly got turned around by Johnny. Every prosecution lawyer there was out of their league.
Cochran sometimes drove me nuts also, with so many irrelevant questions. What does it matter on the date that he needs to go minute by minute? Oh when did you get the check? What did you eat? Extreme stupidity. Simply ask what time did they leave from the restaurant that is relevant. Both sides defence and prosecution showboated alot and wasted alot of time. Partially Ito's fault, he could have demanded the lawyers stick to relevant questions.
i just can not believe nor except the fact that living in an upscale/quiet-at-most-times-neighborhood where most people know everyone and to me that spells alot of NOSEY-NESS most of the time, that being said,i dont and wont believe nobody heard nothing esp 2 people being murdered considering most women have a very high pitched voice normally,so being wounded and murdered of all worst cases, nobody heard this there????=i call BS and always will...my conclusion is that those who "did hear" are simply playing dumb,to stay out of it(which i somewhat get)but i would think this would play on someones' conscience esp for over 20+yrs since, just my take.
They had a trial list of witnesses that was trimmed. There were others who did come forward that they never called. I also believe there were others who know something who didn't come forward.
@@JesusOnlyWay-d8e Wrong. Eva Stein lived next door and she wasn't on vacation. She was awakened by the barking dog at about 10:15. Her boyfriend also heard the dog and testified. Elsie was an old woman who lived across the street and was woken up by someone ringing her doorbell. It was most likely the neighbor (Mr. Boztepe) who was led to the body by the dog. She didn't answer the door but called police thinking it was potentially an intruder.
Was this couple ever considered suspects? They were in the area around the time of the murders and they went to the restaurant where Ron Goldman worked.🤔
Suspects???? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 And people think the theory I believe is crazy!!!! A couple of young kids on a date. They got a wild hair and said "hey this is boring. I got an idea? lets k*ll two people just for kicks. It'll be fun." Sure! That's how it happened! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
the neighbores know each other they would have known if glen rogers was around that neighborhood plus OJ went to visit nicole as they were in the best of terms for their children and the dog knew OJ too. the neighbors would have said they saw OJ that night but they didn!!
I think perhaps her maid and perhaps Rosa Lopez helped she looked mean and rush go bk her home said she was afraid for her life Nicole had all kind ppl in and out women was jealous she had a rich and famous celebrity
there is only one person that nicole knew, and oj knew, that had a history of psychotic behavior, who was mad at her that day, who also knew karate, same size as oj, and owned manyt knives, and even on probation for assault with a knife.
