This crowd...good lord. Is it just me, or does Damian even sound annoyed with his 'thanks' at the end? Deservedly so. I mean, come on. Music's a gift, and it's being received like an ugly Christmas sweater. Pearls before swine, indeed.
Damian’s singing is lovely, but Tim and Andy’s OO OOO’s are great as well - no-one else notices the quality of their OOOing. Bet they won’t be going back to the WaveHouse again
Listen I know it's been hard You know it's no different for me We're less than a zero-sum game now And baby, we both know that's not how it's supposed to be [Chorus:] The writing's on the wall It seems like forever Since we had a good day The writing's on the wall [Hook:] But I, just want to get you high tonight I, just want to see some pleasure in your eyes Some pleasure in your eyes And I go too high, and you go too cold Then we both fall apart Then you bring your mind, to rest against mine But the mind has no say on affairs of the heart [Chorus] [Hook] Then you bring your mind, to rest against mine But the mind has no say on affairs of the heart [Chorus] [Hook] I, just want to get you high Just want to get you high Just want to get you high Even if it's the last thing we do together Even if it's the last thing we do together
+Anthony Puglielli You could appreciate the music without screaming you know. I think they just wanna hear them play, not fuckin make the whole performance inaudible because you cannot keep your mouth shut.
Vocal appreciation is all I was hoping for in more people. There was none. Not a love you guys, you guys rock. Of coarse you can appreciate it in silence.. But if I'm at an event outside having an amazing musical experience I would like them to know that they impacted me with such emmense force. So FUCK YEAH LOVE YOU GUYS 😄
+Anthony Puglielli this particular setting doesnt seem like it would be of anything to be so hyped for i think its more relaxed so there isnt any screaming involved if it was indoors with a bigger crowd id say screaming is more applicable there
Pretty sure the song itself, from Ok Go is actually a heavily modified cover of a song from an 80's band, I think The Cure, or The Police?. I forgot the name. But from my perspective, the songs written by Damien usually never contain anything to do with drugs. Unlike the main singer from Cage The Elephant.
