really loved the part where Argenti said "it's Argenti time" and dealt argentillion damage to the enemies

1:25 argenti got the little bit of energy at the start of battle because of his passive which gives him 3 energy whenever a new enemy comes in ( i.e. new wave or boss summon )

Moga, for your harmony charcters, when looking for sphere and body, unless they scale off of something or havent reached the necessary nmbr needed for their scaling, Hp and def is a must have since your charcter will always get hit at some point during batlle. 3k hp with 1k to 2k for Def is very nice for harmony survival ( this honeslty goes for everyone in the game tbh ) since "elemntal dmg" on harmony/abundance and preservation is fairly usless.

Hey moga, if you've completed the new boulder town event, go to the punching bag in the corner. Then interact with it and you can get a battle with five Silverman lieutenants. Click the first option, then the second, then the third twice, and you can enter a battle where every skill you get 100% energy, and Its full ult spam, and really good DMG test.

The people who laughed at me for wanting Argenti and telling me he'll be mid are quiet now 🤷🏼‍♀️

Before he came out I see people looking down on this character but pulling him on my other acc is honestly cracked I don't regret it

So for your energy tests in the future, you can actually see how much energy characters have by pressing C during combat (when it's your characters turn) , and for reference most energy based ults will not be affected by ERR (currently we only have huo huo and tingyun, but that might change later)

I just got back into Honkai so I’m not in the community online at all, but i saw him and immediately wanted him. But my friend said he wouldn’t be good so I was sad, but I pulled for him anywyas and now I keep seeing everyone say he’s actually amazing! I’m glad. I would have still gotten him either way haha

u can check the exact amount of energy they have in battle when checking stats

Tingyun and Huo Huo buffs I believe are the only ways of gaining energy that ignore your energy regen. So your character will always gain the same amount from their respective buffs regardless if you any additional energy regen

Hi moga, since you want an extra turn for hanya's buff. try this hack. you should use hanya's burst when your active character is argenti. it kind of adds an extra turn cause the cooldown for the turns active doesn't reduce immediately. hope this helps

I am new to the game, only a few weeks and was lacking a good dps. Got lucky with Bronya and HouHou and I didn't want to wait for an unknown rerun of Jing Liu. So glad I didn't listen to the midgenti crowd. He advanced my account so much in sim universe. I can start working on a 2nd team now for moc.

Managed to do 470k on MoC today. That's kinda nuts to see those kinds of numbers outside of sim universe. Where are you Argenti doomposters now, huh?

The craziest part is that there was a bug. So hes supposed to be even stronger unless i'm mistaken, also i feel that asta is the most likely pulled then lynx then hanya from my personal pulls

Tingyun and Huohuo's energy given is not scalable with ER ropes. Everything else in a characters kit is though.

I don't know if people noticed this trend of new Honkai Star Rail character releases: Before release: Lot of youtubers say it's easy skip or bad After release: The same youtubers do the 180 and praise how "broken" the character is

I have 68 pity and guarantee, farming for him like 3 days now (i had max reserved tb power) probably going to max righ after getting Him 😊

Just a heads up his ai for which attack hits who is literally perfect unlike Jing yuan who will bounce around even if there dead wasting a lot of dmg his will only target Alive characters so when he ults if the first aoe slash kills the side enemy's the big 6 hits all target the last Alice

My record with e0s0 argenti (4 star bp lc) is 1 cycle in MoC 9 and 4 cycles in MoC 10 with hanya tingyun fu xuan, oh btw u don’t need that much speed on argenti esp if u use bronya/tingyun/hanya on him, with all the buffs mine can get to 160+ even with atk boots (base is 118)

you can see your exact energy mid battle in the stats window no need to eyeball it

looks more than 60 because his first ult is 90 so the ball looks more full than normal ults, usually ults are like 110-130 so 60 would go more or like to the middle, so thats why u got confuse, but er rope does not change tingyun's ult

I had been anticipating him for awhile but I forgot to get back on bec of uni. So I saved what I could and actually won my 50/50 AGAIN. Now that I hv Jing Lui and him (plus blade who is why I started playing) idk who I’ll be interested in pulling for now. But yea he’s really fun and crazy strong 💀

I tried to go for e4 Hanya... Ended up with E2 Argenti and E1 Hanya lol.

Moga, at the end of the day, almost every harmony character buffs soo much attack that running er rope for argenti gives him ult 1 maybe 2 turns earlier (because of his insanely broken trace) so er rope is usually better than attack % rope

at first i was "aw heck no." then he came home in early pull when I was only looking for hanya, n now I'm kneeling on his feet wiping those shiny armors 😭

He's basically HSR Eula. When everything lines up his ult is the biggest nuke in the game by a long shot, but it can be tricky to get to that point. Over the course of his whole rotation his damage is not very impressive at all unless you're constantly against 4-5 enemies. I don't have him myself but I play MoC for a friend who has him and he certainly gets the job done, as well as being one of the few DPS that synergizes well with Yukong. My friend's Argenti is built pretty poorly with low crit stats, but he was still landing ~250k ultimates. Obviously this MoC buff is catered toward him hard as well. He'll likely be great in Pure Fiction when there's physical weakness though.

If you use hanya go with atk boots.

Is he worth pulling for?

Actually Hanya's ultimate buff can last up to 3 turns if you use her ult when the one your buffing is already their turn. Example: It's Argenti's turn and you use Hanya's ultimate on him the buff is still 2 more turns after Argenti's turn.

Tingyun's ult energy regen does not scale with ERR. Nor does Huohuo's

Tingyun er doesn't change with er rope. She just gives flat 50 otherwise it would be broken.

Argenti is definitely god mode against large enemy teams, the more adds the more dmg output he can unleash. But I find him not so effective in fights with a single boss

You dont need an er ult. He still gets it super fast and you can one rotation everything. Also, you should be using the physical set...

The best argenti team comp is bronya yukong even e0 and huohuo in this comp he slightly hits harder then jingliu all othe comp is slightly less dps then her . If no huohuo just use fuxuan for the crit rate tho . Thank me later your argenti will be hitting the biggest nukes.

Very fun video as always Mauga but the use of “cause any OCD things” was ignorant. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is one of the most misrepresented ones in media, which lends to the assumption that it’s about being annoyed by imperfections or needing perfection and order. This isn’t the case at all, and many of the things people say are “giving them OCD” are just them having personal tastes unrelated to the disorder. I know language is shaped by how we’ve heard it our whole lives, so I’m not blaming you at all. But moving forward it would be appreciated to not bring up OCD in this way, as it’s just repeating stereotypes that have been built up for decades we really should leave in the past. Again, not blaming Mauga specifically for anyone concerned, just informing him that he used the term incorrectly and it can cause harm even if not intended.

I love moga but i watch him for fun and entertainment , not for nonsensical weird and just WRONG tests and "guides", like my man is eyeballing ec pixels when u can just press c and check the exact numbers...... Also a er rope doesn't always mean faster ults. If u don't hit a specific err threshold then u will still need the same amount of turns to get ur ult regardless.

OLA ER rope on him is bad, he gains more energy when E more enemy, just build him with speed

Use tingyun with argenti, stop using bronya. If you do want to use bronya you can swap Hanya with her, but the skill point is gonna be harder to manage.. Hanya and Tingyun is a great combo as harmony and Huohuo would be nice cherry on top. Huohuo 20% energy restoration is actually huge for Argenti more than others

Every source of energy will scale with energy regeneration apart from tinyun ultimate (else she would be too op) Edit: huohuo burdt also does not scale with energy regeneration rate as it is % base

Sure, he's strong, but on my Destruction Only account (shameless plug check it out), my totally unbuffed (destruction only means no buffers and healers of course) jingliu does 100-150K every turn against 3 enemies and 90K single target. (She's E1S1 btw), so in reality, unless you can do his ultimate EVERY turn, then he only does around a third of the damage that Jingliu can do. Still very good though. Better than Jing Yuan probably, and especially that CCs don't affect a certain giant thunder god when they shouldn't.
