Another Update: For anyone who found this video due to the Mikayla drama, I just want to say that this mascara performs so well on its own, you really don't need false lashes. In all honesty, I'm not sure how she built up 4 coats because this stuff dries soooo fast, I couldn't build it like I normally would. Thankfully you don't need that much and it makes a nice impact even with 1-2 coats. Also I think it's kinda funny that this was my title and thumbnail, not even realizing what was about to go down...😂😂😂. Update! It wasn't a tubing formula but it was easy to remove. Hi Jen - did you curl your lashes before applying? I tried the Better Than Sex mascara and I don’t care for it. Too goopy for me. This one didn’t seem as thick.
The whole telescopic line (especially the gold tube!) is my favorite mascara! The carbon black feels a bit different but the regular black and blackest black are amazing! I have really long but not thick lashes. It makes them touch my glasses! Both eyes looked great Jen!
I'm such a sucker for new mascaras! My lashes are straight & pretty stubby so I'm always searching for the latest greatest thing. Thank you for your honest & quick reviews! Whenever something new drops (esp drugstore stuff), I always wait for your video on it & I never have to wait long!
Try Kill Lash mascara off Amazon. Game changer. I have to use 2 different eyelash curlers and they STILL droop down. This mascara keeps them curled. A pain in the @$$ to get off, but worth it, IMO. I can't remember which RU-vidr I heard about it from, but everything she recommends has been gold for me.
@@katasticone Which version? there seems to be about 12 kinds : ) I have same issue - my lashes are okay in relation to length and thickness, but they are straight and actually point out straight or even more often, downward. I need something that will keep them curled & lifted.
Hey Jen! That two-sided mascara brush existed in the Essence Double Trouble mascara, which I think is now discontinued. The Double Trouble non-waterproof was a bad formula though; it stayed wet for a long time and seemed to be fragranced but not in a good way. So when my current Revlon cheapie ($4.49 from Marshalls!) needs to go bye-bye, I'm in for either the elf roller lash copy or this one. Whichever is cheaper, and available in non-waterproof. Even though it is winter, I must say I really love the highlights in your hair. So flattering to your skin tone. Even if not as bright as during the summer, it really frames your face. And yeah, I absolutely ordered this mascara!! Thanks for a great review.

I went ahead and got this even after the Mikayla drama, and I am impressed with it. I find that taking a pin, or needle to the lashes helps seperate better than the wand, I have been using a pin for years
I just picked this up, I can't wait for it to come. The original is a holy grail for me, I've gone through many tubes. I also just love l'oreal mascaras in general, for me they have the best mascaras from the drugstore brands. The Bambi mascara is another fav from l'oreal and volumous lash paradise primer is the only lash primer I use, I buy both the Bambi and the primer two at a time lol.

L’Oréal Telescopic has been my holy grail forever! It grabs every lash, makes them look SO long, and doesn’t get on my hoods when I’m applying it! The only thing it doesn’t do is volume unless I do a lot of coats. But if I use the L’Oréal primer first then apply the telescopic, I get volume too! The combo is perfect if I want volume and length without applying a bunch of layers. When I saw they were coming out with this I was a little worried they were like Re formulating the telescopic so seeing this I’m glad to see it’s not! And like the wand is still small! I ordered it and can’t wait to try it!
This will definitely be my next mascara, so thank you. Quite a few years back, Loreal did a double ended mascara, the white end had a brush to thicken and the black end was a comb, so it would comb out and make my lashes so long. Unfortunately like everything that you love, they discontinued it, I was beyond upset because I have a lot of oil around my eyes, so most mascaras come off on me. I mostly stick to tubing ones now. I’ve always loved L’Oréal Telescopic Mascara in the past so I definitely want to give this newer version a go. After seeing your video of the Milani mascara I think I might give that a try also. I have to say I’ve bought some expensive mascaras in the past but never thought any of those were worth the money I spent on them. The drugstore mascaras are some of the best out there.
I must try this, after my radiation for breast cancer I lost almost half of my hair, my brows and my lashes, I hate false lashes, they are difficult to put on and none look very natural, I hope this new mascara helps, thanks for showing it to us, Happy Holidays and thanks for all your helpful videos.

Looks like a dupe for the Fenty Beauty mascara, it has the same type of wand and is probably my favourite mascara right now. I used it last week for the 1st time in a while and remembered why I absolutely love that mascara.

I like the fluffy fibre stuff ones for thickening. I also line the inside of my upper eyelid , the water line , and that means liner pencil gets inbetween the roots of the lashes and darkens and thickens even more

This is my Christmas gift to Jen and all of you🎁 The best mascara remover OF ALL TIME is Estée Lauder’s “Take It Away.” It’s about $25 (Amazon) $35 (everywhere else)for 6.7 ounces. It’s a super light lotion that lasts forever. I just close my eyes, put a bit on each eye, and blink on my pointer finger- if that makes sense. Wipe with a cloth and I’m done in 30 seconds. No residue. I’ve tried more eye makeup removers in 49 years than I can count. Nothing can touch this product.
I don’t use mascara that often ,and I usually curl them first and after application . However,they tend to look tend to look like “spider “ legs after a few hrs 🤷🏻♀️. I will watch the Milani video though . Thanks for the video Jen !👍♥️
Awesome. Have you seen the ads for Diablo lash lift? It's a do at home kit. I ordered it. My lashes look so much longer when they're lifted up I can only imagine how they look with the mascara as well
Hi jen. Speaking of concerts, I am currently missing my sons. He is sick here @ home. I hope we can make tomorrows though, otherwise I will be bummed out. Did your school do a play or just songs? The mascara looks promising; I am currently using one from IT Cosmetics. I quite like it, BUT it crumbles and my eyes burn. The removal is pretty irritating too, even using makeup remover and a cleanser. I also HATE the SkyHigh. lol Everything irritates my poor eyeballs of late. Have a good night!
So weird I ran across this video today. I literally bought this same mascara yesterday at Walmart. Had no idea how to use the brush so this video was helpful.

Just had to come and double check cos the claims that the 'fake lashes' were 4-5 coats of the mascara made me wonder if I was remembering correctly that you showed how one coat was enough and you couldn't really keep going back in for more coats. Just want to say your honesty is what brings me back here to this channel. I was gona buy this mascara on your recommendation, but now it's gona go viral cos of her lying, ughh this industry eh.
I bought this few days ago, when I applied it, at first it was confusing which side comes first. I applied it anyway and find it pretty long even on my bottom lashes. I think it’s okay because it dries so fast and hard lash. I will continue to play with this. It does look lift and as you curl them as well (in fact my lashes is not straight forward!) it’s nice review of this, Jen. Merry Christmas.

It's actually not a tubing mascara, I thought it was because it said "washable" on the packaging. It just means not waterproof (they do have a waterproof version too). I was hoping it would be tubing but when I washed it off, it didn't come off in the little tubes, it just came off like a regular mascara. :)
@@alliebahbah7139 It’s L’oreal too. It has a chrome pink tube and a generous brush. It washes off but stays on during wear. It’s $15 a tube but coupons can take a few dollars off.
This is en writing before I’ve finished the video, does it have lash health benefits that aid with repair/growth and all that in the long run? I’ve purchased it yesterday and just cleansed my face and been dying to try it. Even though my left side of face is swollen from getting a tooth pulled yesterday but I need to feel somewhat decent and mascara is my go to and super stoked to try this one
