Oki is easier than he looks, though most people have trouble with him on their first playthrough. His human form is easy enough, just wait for him to create projectiles for you to throw back. I miscalculated my Reflector shield, but didn't make that mistake twice! xD
His wolf form is harder but is managable with Cherry Bomb, just find a good placement and lure him into it. When he makes clones Inferno kills them real quick. Many people like to use Slow Time for this fight but I honestly feel like that's a waste of time and ink.
I always go Reflector/Reflector this fight because I think that's the most fun way, but you can be successful with any weapon combination this fight. It's more about the Brush.
