Hi Terry. I have this printer and I am struggling. This may sound like a dumb question, but how do I get the printer to recognise the channel and use the spot colour for that channel? I can print in my spot colour using the "print only spot colour" option, but when I come to the application specific option, my printer has no way of recognising that the channel that I have made (and saved as SpotColor_White) is related to the white toner cartridge!
You have to use the PostScript print driver, select the Color Tab, select Graphic Pro and then select Application Specification in the Spot Color dialog. Hope this helps.
