Oklahoma City K9 Officer Accused in Brutal Kidnapping, Rape 

A woman who was previously in a relationship with Sgt. Ryan Stark claims the two went out to dinner together last week. But when she decided she didn’t want to return to the Oklahoma City police officer’s home, she claims he became violent. She told detectives that Stark held her against her will, beat her for hours, and raped her.
