അതിനു വേണ്ടി ഒരു connection ഉണ്ട് headlight ന് ഉള്ളിൽ. ഞാൻ അങ്ങനെ ആണ് അത് set ചെയ്തതു (എന്റെ ബുള്ളറ്റ് 2007 model ആണ്, അതിൽ ഈ connection point ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു) നാളെ അതിന്റെ video upload ചെയ്യാം.
Hello.. Today I replaced my bullet’s(1990) battery as it was old and used to regularly gets discharged and the battery shop guy checked new battery charging using multimeter and it was showing over 17 volts while accelerating.. and he advised to replace rectifier as he suspected battery charging wasn’t functioning properly.. even after replacing the rectifier the multimeter is giving such readings while accelerating.. however the amp meter is showing a steady and stable increase while advancing throttle.. so is this fluctuation in reading of multimeter a matter of concern? Is it necessary to have the Volt cut-off at around 14 for old Bullet?
The rectifier should be the one that can be seen in my byke, in this video.(the big one with fins). If i had heard about this, i would have suggest the same to you.
Ammeter fluctuation is related to the amount of charging and discharging current.. . not about the charging voltage.. and it will not fluctuate even in high engine rpm, if the battery is fully charged.
@@RKR1978 the rectifier i installed today isn’t the same as I see in your bike.. the one I bought was costing me only 130 Rs as it was the only one available in town and I highly doubt if it’s an ideal one that can fulfil the purpose.. 😀

CB പോയിന്റ് എങ്ങനെ..? അതുപോലെ ignition Coil? Spark plug പുറത്തു നിന്നും തുടക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നത് അല്ലെ അപ്പോൾ കുഴപ്പമില്ല.. (spark plug ന്റെ അകത്തു വെള്ളം കയറില്ല. ) ഓരോ ദിവസം ഓരോ സ്ഥലത്തു ഒഴിച്ച് നോക്കുന്നതാണ് നിങ്ങളുടെ case ൽ നല്ലതു എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു.

Electrical problem കൊണ്ടു spark നഷ്ടപ്പെടുകയാണെങ്കിൽ silencer ൽ പൊട്ടുന്ന ശബ്ദം കേൾക്കും.. Petrol പ്രശ്നം ആകാം... Carburetor ഒന്ന് tune ചെയ്താലോ.. പ്രശ്നം മാറിയാൽ പറയണേ..
@@RKR1978 carbretor പലതവണ tune ചൈതതാ പോയിന്റ് ചെയുമ്പോൾ കുറച്ചു ഓടി കഴിഞാൽ വീണ്ടും വരും ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞല്ലോ പല മെക്കാനികുകളും നോക്കിയതാ ഇപ്പഴും ശെരിയായിട്ടില്ല സാറിന്റെ നമ്പർ തരോ പ്ലീസ് ഞാൻ വാട്സ്ആപ്പ് ചെയ്യാ 🙏
Carbretor മാറി ഓടിനോക്കി അപ്പയും ഉണ്ട് point സെറ്റ് ചെയുമ്പോൾ അപ്പോൾ കുറച്ചു ശെരിയാകും പിന്നീട് ഓടുമ്പോൾ ഇടക്ക് ഇടക്ക് മിസിങ് വരും പിന്നീട് കൂടി കൂടി വരും
@@izzusvlog8243 Electrical problem അല്ല. അങ്ങനെ ആയിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ഇടയ്ക്കു silencer ൽ പൊട്ടൽ ഉണ്ടാവുമായിരുന്നു.. (ഇടയ്ക്കു spark miss ആകുമ്പോൾ ആ petrol-air mixture silencer ൽ പോയി പൊട്ടിത്തെറിക്കുന്നത് ) ഇത് air -fuel mixture പ്രശ്നം ആയിരിക്കാം. Carburetor ൽ കൂടി അല്ലാതെ air കയറുന്നുണ്ടോ എന്ന് നോക്കണം(Vaccum leak). Spark plug വെളുത്തു ആണോ കാണപ്പെടുന്നത്. എന്ന് നോക്കൂ... അങ്ങനെഎങ്കിൽ air കൂടുതൽ ആണ് ഇങ്ങനെ missing വരാം...
