nice vid james! if you go on google maps and you set if back to around 2008 ot 2010, you'll see both sides are the same with hybrid bells. also i think watergardens station(or syndenham station)was next after this crossing. i really liked the old design of the melton hwy level crossing. its my 3rd favourite.
Thanks :D With the hybrid bells, those got replaced when the section between Sydenham and Sunbury was electrified, as MTM upgraded all of the crossings along that section. All of the crossings had hybrids (I think?) prior to electrification, and other stuff was upgraded, eg the wishbone gates.
Some of the footage was just filmed yesterday, and I have some footage from May (which I didn’t use), but neither has a Safetran Type 3 in them, so I’m not too sure about that
