Did you see the white dust and white tanker truck in the background of the shot of the dozer that was covered in white dust leveling the dirt? Looks like they are treating this dirt with cement powder or lime powder to make it to where they can compact it. They have to dig it out and stock pile it, then the area they are taking the dirt from is treated and compacted, then they start bringing the dirt they cut out back over to where it was taken out, they will bring enough back to make a lift and treat then compact, then they will keep bringing the dirt back making lifts treating and compacting each lift until they get back to the correct grade. That's why they are making circles. This is what it looked like to me anyway.

But okay, I guess I misunderstood your use of "help" to mean working in the same area haha ha. "Help" from a dozer usually has some pushing involved. I think we can agree on that. I asked because maybe i did miss it.
