Is it just me I wonder? I'm 73 years-old, and seeing these old t.v. ads give me a warm and fuzzy feeling inside. I was 21 in 1970 and these commercials bring back such warm and happy memories of a bygone era, although the television broadcasts were not that blurred. It has to do with the equipment we had at the time and running it now with modern equipment.

Dig how the Hai Karate ad "clearly demonstrates how the product is used". Bottle over palm, shake out, rub together, rub on face. Love it. Nice and clear. ....and FUN!

The great Reva Rose in the Camay commercial!!! She originated the role of "Lucy" in "You're A Good Man Charlie Brown," when it first ran off-Broadway. A real talent. Shame we didn't get to see more of her.

Anyone remember the old Luden's cough drop commercial from the early to mid 70's where a guy walks into a store and asks for a cough drop that doesn't taste like medicine, and then the store clerk breaks out into a song about Luden's?

The Spicy meatball commercial was produced by Griner-Cuesta and directed by Angel "Mike" Cuesta, my neighbor and friend. He won many awards, and a CLIO award for this one, which made hi mas star in the biz. He made many memorable commercials after that.
