What's also crazy is how long ago these ads were, nearly 20 years yet watching them now it feels like I saw them yesterday. The brain is incredible and we still know so little about how it really works
Does anyone remember an anti-smoking ad, it was like a dark room, someone smoking and the cigarette smoke turned into a chain-link ... longshot but if you know what I'm talking about I'd love to track it down
Amazing compilations and good work on timestamping each ad - I know it takes a lot of effort. I've been through them all looking for an ad I remember. I can't remember exactly what it was for, but I think there was a bit of a series of them. One ended with the middle-aged couple who starred in it sitting on the front porch under the verandah in rocking chairs looking at the side of a grassy hill on a farm and the wife says "Did you hear something?". I'm guessing it was early 2000s. If anyone remembers this ad and can give some info on what it was for, it'd be much appreciated.
Do you have the McDonald's "make it click" song that used to air all the time in the 2000s. Its a cartoon. There is a Spanish version on RU-vid but do you have the original English version I've been searching forever but no one can find it
It was a trip watching these with my friend Jet (who is New Zealish) and boy howdy, the reactions to his childhood. We as Americans (congrats to Da_Nut on getting his citizenship) had to catch him up on a few things, can you believe they are only just now getting episode 350 of the Simpsons? He didn't even know Malcom in the Middle was cancelled.
