I love Old Perth Alan I tried the PX which blow me away at Fife Whisky Festival and as a result I tried to pick it up. I believe another batch was been released recently. I managed to pick up the cask strength sherry last year which is absolutely delicious and great vfm I would highly recommend this expression. I’m loving Palo Cortado right now and the mermaid from GS ticks all the boxes for me. Great review

bloody hell Alan, you had to blow up the spot huh? I have been quietly buying the Old Perth PX Limited Edition and squirrelling them away in anticipation of this inevitable moment. Old Perth's blended malts are phenomenal. Their PX holds up against GlenAllachie and Dronach CS releases at a fraction of the price. I am still waiting for the Palo Cortado bottling to make its way down here to Australia, but I will be doing the same when it arrives. Just don't tell anybody :)
great review and notes Alan. Tried this at the Glasgow Whisky Festival last year and it was an instant purchase. Also just ordered their latest Manzanilla release which should be here in the next few days.
