This an easy quick way to cook beef finger ribs in an instant pot
very simple recipe
2# beef finger ribs
salt and pepper
1 cup water
season ribs with salt and pepper/meat seasoning of your choice
place in instant pot and add 1 cup water
set on meat settings for 65 minutes
remove bones from ribs and add 2 tablespoons roux to remaining liquid in pot cook on saute settings to make an awesome gravy
enjoy

My Grandmother was the same way Sunday school, morning service, repass, then evening service. She would come home and turn on church on tv. 😆I asked Granny about the game she said "I can't give my adversary an inch. Thank you for sharing this extended video it brought back some good memories! I made this using an actual pressure cooker. It came out soooo tender and the gravy was rich and dark brown. I've been doing it wrong all these years!!!! Now I keep Worcestershire sauce in the pantry!!! Thank you. The bones slid right out too
