Chef we never throw food away we can always make a meal from left overs it is well seasoned and Always taste better as leftovers I was raised in the country how well I know about those delicious dishes ,God bless you and have awesome week.

I fixed barbecue pork chops, rice and Mexican corn bread. I will be making the oxtails, short ribs and red beans and rice next week. I like how you added the potatoes to your meat. Yummy 😋!
