This is hands down the best mustache wax that has ever and will ever exist. I’m pretty sure it’s got at least a little bit of Adamantium in it and it’s probably the same stuff that the mosquito in Jurassic Park was trapped in. I’ve been growing a mustache since I was 17 and this is the best product I’ve ever used. The first time I used it, the feeling that came to me was reminiscent of the birth of my baby. Do I have a child? No. But if I did, and it had a mustache, I would shave it, because babies should not have mustaches and the thought of it makes me uncomfortable. I’m not a baby though, obviously, I’m leaving a review on Amazon, so you can trust what I’m saying. I wish I could leave a 6 star review because that’s the type of product you’re getting when you purchase this wax, a 6 star product. “6?! HOW COULD IT BE 6 STARS?!” Just shut your mouth and put this wax in your mustache. If you don’t have a mustache I’m pretty sure you could just rub it on your lip and in minutes you will have a mustache that would make Kurt Russell jealous. Seriously stop looking for wax, you’ve already found what you need.
SECOND REVIEW SUDDEN DEATH PRODUCT:
I’ve been growing a mustache for 23 months. Of that, I’ve used mustache wax for 20 months. Most require a heat source to soften to make it pliable. I’ve used several different waxes. I’ve used light waxes, medium hold, stronghold, and extra strong.
This wax is a strong hold, no heat room temperature wax. What does that mean? You vary the consistency and pliability on how much you rub it between your fingers. That’s your heat source.
So when I use it, for my standard shaping routine, I start with rubbing a lot and making it thin and pliable. Once I get that into my mustache and shape it, I let it set for a few minutes. The wax starts to return to the hard consistency it started at, which is firm in the tin.
Next I scrape out a little more than normal(about 2 X pea size) and lightly rub it to a thicker consistency. That’s what I rub into the ends and curls. Takes less time to harden that way.
Big key I have found for me, clean dry mustache. Not wet, no oils & no balms.
