David is such a predatory salesman. He doesn't ever respect budgets and has the audacity to call double the budget, "just over"

And, that is why she is loved by her husband, children, and grandchildren! She's grateful and graceful!

Now she can find that dress at another shop much cheaper or find something similar. Very lovely lady and family. I would love to see footage of their renewal.

That dress was not "just over" the budget. That being said, it was gorgeous on her. What a beautiful couple and I hope she decides to get it. I love the whole family.

Oh, I absolutely love how the children said that they would also pay for the dress, and also how she was like, "No, we are the parents and we're paying so let me think about it." I hope she accepts her kids' idea because that dress looked gorgeous on her!

Never tell David Emmanuel that you can stretch the budget. That was their first mistake.

I would’ve been frustrated w/ my mom or gma if they didn’t let me help make their dream come true; but then, you have to respect their values and positions. I really appreciated that the children wanted to step in and contribute to the dress. However, she didn't want them to and I greatly respect her decision. She did look lovely in it. Wishing them many more years of wedded joy and happiness.

Regardless of who is paying, a wedding assistant should always respect the budget… and at the very least, let the bride know of the additional cost prior to even letting the bride try on the dress! smh.

This was a big day for Ann and George but particularly Ann.. she is a proud woman and although her children were willing to pay for the difference in the dress, it was very hard for her to let them pay for it because she’s proud and her role is to take care of her children know them take care of her. Also I think she was very tired by the time everything was done and over with and she wasn’t going to make a decision without her husband. I wish we could’ve seen the wedding. But it sure was a pleasure to meet them both❣️❣️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

That dress is not the right style for her. Off the shoulder does not look right on her. The first dress looked better, except for the back. I am sure there was a lighter weight dress in that style WITH a back, somewhere in that store. This woman deserves better than simply throwing some lace on the shoulders. I think she knew it too.

I think they should've discussed the price at home first because I'm really sure their children are happy to give this gift to them, being able to celebrate their parents 50th birthday, but I also understand her for not wanting to accept. Serves them right for not respecting their budget. They thought like younger generation kids with no spine, the older will also give in to there feelings. But respecting one’s budget is very very important.

I can't understand how people still go to Davids shop and tell this dude their real budget. Always say at least 30-50% less, no worries, he will then maybe find something in your actual budget.
