About time you got around to reacting to this one. Resist is easily my favorite Within Temptation album and this is easily one of their best songs to date

You're totally right about hearing this song live would be much better. To be honest, this was and is not my favorite song of them, but holy sh*t, hearing this one live in collaboration with Amy Lee was freakin' awesome. I saw them twice in a row and the whole thing was just magical, making up for 2 lost years, i guess🤘. I believe you still have to react to Old Skule Within Temptation, when they were doing real symphonic metal and gothic metal. Roughly before 2008. Or just putting on "The Black Symphony" DVD would also do😊
