I don't know if it's just me but the body language of Margaret Martin when Chris is spitting his human and honest words is so heartwarming to me. I totally get that everyone there is exhausted beyond measurement but seeing her still being focused on what he says, looking at him, nodding her head, and being one of the first to clap for him is amazing to see. Especially under these circumstances. And also the way Chris and Terrence treat each other - kind, down to earth, empathetic for each other. I wanna see way more of that.

This video gave me chills multiple times. Honestly Calvin, Chris, Courtney, Mel, Iain, this is an incredible piece of work. Congrats Champ! Can’t wait to see what you bring to the stage next year!

You can hear the big sister love from Mel and it almost brings tears, my sister is the same way with me, and that is a love you can never replace - best family in bodybuilding

The people around you are so wholesome, calm and positive, it must help you out no end. You have a great family unit, which , combined with your obvious great genetics and will to win, makes it a great position for you to be in competitively and in your personal life. You truly are blessed! Iv been watching you since you started your channel and this years gains in size ,added detail and conditioning are staggering.😎

I’m fairly young in the grand scheme of things at 23 so I didn’t grow up with Arnold and Ronnie and the other legends. But to me Chris is the only bodybuilder that I can say is a role model to me. Not even mentioning the physique. The pose, dedication, humbleness, integrity, attitude, overall the way he carries himself is so admirable and so much more human and likable than most bodybuilders, no hate intended towards any of them.

This is going to be epic

What strikes me the most when I watch him in the gym is his maturity. He looks ten years older than he is. Maturity in body, but also in presence. This just reinforces the mental connection I make between him and Steve Reeves. Reeves had class. He wasn't loud, didn't boast. Was respectful. There was an 'air' about him that truly made him the Hercules he played on-screen. Chris is the embodiment (pun intended) of the legacy of Reeves. (With his own qualities in there too, of course.)
