Not really. This is to get your gluts activated. He does have other videos for ankle mobility. I highly recommend you go look for those if that is your issue.

Your bad posture comes from wearing very tight shoes, narrow tow box, try some Altra shoes, they have wide toe boxes and really help with your posture over time. I could recommend Altra Paradigm and Torin, both really good but you really have to commit to changing the way you stand/walk/run. Gg.
Activating your glutes before a lower body work out helps them "wake up" and be engaged during the workout, which helps avoid injury but ALSO helps your glutes get the most out of the workout.
