Welcome to Tokyo JAPAN. What a exciting hall.
I'm Japanese but we don't know about Olympic villeage. I don't know why Japanese media dose not tell about it... Thank you for shareing and good luck with your work!
I still need to post the video on the japanese dining hall, that's very true. The thing with the main dining hall is: they change a lot of dishes on a daily basis.. So what I record & eat today might not be there tomorrow.. Some key food is always there ofcourse, like pasta etc ;)
Thank you for sharing with the inside of Olympic village. I'm in Japan, though, I don't know what's going on in there. Very interesting. Sorry for a lot of restrictions. Japanese people are too nervous😄. Though, I hope you'll enjoy this experience. Have fun.
And to answer your comment more at length: I can totally understand why everybody is a bit more nervous then at other times, but it's really no problem; the restrictions have their reasons, we as athletes are already happy that the Games were organised, so we're really grateful for the effort Japan and everyone involved is making. Following the restrictions from our part is then only logical.
Its all awesome dining hall and variety of foods . I looks very great too see all countries players sitted together and eating food. I hope you play well at there if you are player and cover everything as much possible. I wish to see all other venues at there and all buildings at there. Good luck🤗
Awwww!! That's so sweet!! I'm always a bit nervous whenposting stuff; there's always the doubt "is this good enough, is it interesting, funny etc".. so I'm so glad to hear you like what I do!!! Big hugs!!
Thank you for your accurate counterargument🙏
@@abc-uu8gw This guy is a poor person with a distorted national education, so it can't be helped. Many Japanese are bored and give up "people of that country" and "that country".
Living in Tokyo for 25 yrs, haven't seen or met anyone having disease with the food. I think they have a really high bar for the food coming into Tokyo. No need to worry! Best wishes for your competition💗✨
Nice vid. This is the first one where I could read the signs in the dining hall. Also, you did a good job not panning around too fast. Enjoy your time.
Thank you for your insightfull feedback! I do my best, I try to learn stuff on making good videos and it's really cool that it gets noticed this way! Big hug!!
There are 3 big Japanese submarines and 5 big US nuclear submarines guarding and listening the Tokyo area sea as big under water security line according to CIA leaks.
Yeah but you're an athlete you're not going to be stuffing your face until the games are over for you. It doesn't even look like really good food just like college cafeteria food. Some of those coaches look fat so maybe they might stuff their face.
The quality of the food is quite good though, especially taken into account the huge amount of people who they are serving too. Its quite the logistical wonder :)
@@SportsCrazy5 Yeah it does look amazing how they provide so much quality food. Looking again it's not too bad for 24h food that's such a large variety.
Is the food served here good? I would've wanted you to eat a lot of good food in the restaurants in town. The floor is so big that you'll be hungry by the time you leave the venue. I wish you a good performance!
I think you guys are not allowed to go out side of the village though, foods are the most important for you at the moment. I want you to enjoy and do the best. Thank you for uploading interesting movie.
Only Korean players refuse to eat Japanese food. Many people in South Korea have criticized Japan for saying that "Japanese ingredients are contaminated with radioactivity." Only Korean players bring in ingredients from Korea. Are Koreans unaware of their prejudice when all the players in the world praise Japanese ingredients?
Vice versa!! Did you know Japan did exact same thing in 2018 pyungchang winter olympic? Btw, Japan players who have a possibility to get a medal are not saying in the village and eating there. They are in the hotel with fancy beds, tv, refrigerator and eating hotel food while athelets from other countries with cardboard box beds, some players with no tv, no refrigerator. Why is that? And also, Korea didn't say your food is contaminated. Korea knows the ingredients are coming from that region and they are cautious and don't want to take a risk. Get your fact right!!
Are you Korean? Only Koreans claim that Japanese ingredients are contaminated. You should accept the facts. But there is no correct information about Japan in South Korea. I don't want to talk to you who don't understand Japan. I don't read the comments in this video and I don't read your reply. good bye.
Everything is indeed for free, but it might be possible that our National Olympic comittees pay money per athlete per day, I'm not sure how that works..
Could anyone please tell me how the Residences/Buildings in this Olympic Village are decided for each team? I'm so curious about the protocol to decide which building each team gonna stay? Is there any explanation why some team (e.g. Team GB and Team Canada) is put near the bayfront area? or why team Sweden, Italy, Finland stay within the same building? Is it decided due to japanese alphabetical order? Thank you in advance.
Hi! Excellent question! I'm still going to do another videoonthe buildings, but from taking a look at it I assume the countries are together in buildings mostly based on the language they use. Things like religion might maybe also play a role but i'm not sure..
I really appreciated Japan's preparation for the Olympic. But I felt pity that no attendants and huge lost for the country I supposed. What will it gain other than fame🤭
It's indeed very sad that there are no spectators :/ Even we athletes can't go watch other competitions then the ones in our own sport dicipline.. Thenn again it's already a great accomplishment that the Olympics are taking place.. It's about finding the balance between giving and taking I guess..
It's for free for the athletes, but it might be possible that the national Olympic comittees of each athlete pay something per day per athlete, I'm not sure..
Get your fact right!! Koreans are not eating in the village because Japan government announced that they are feeding athletes from fukushima grown food (radioactive). I don't want to argue who did this, who did that first but What about Japan refused to eat in 2018 Pyungchang winter olympic in Korea? Koreans have their reason, what is Japan's reason?
It's a free call for every nation whether they source meals and food stuffs from outside village or not. Japan did the same in Pyeongchang as well to maintain Japanese athletes' pysical condition best. The most important thing is that Japan didn't say anything about our decision in front of the world. Koreans unnecessary appeal in public incl. media about the reason why they don't take anything at villa cafeterias in Tokyo, which is because of their own high suspicion of radioactive contermination in some food stuffs supplied from Fukushima region and served at village, while JPN authority provided the scientific evidences proving no concern about, then most nations and athlets enjoy such delicious food and meals at cafeterias in Tokyo olympics village. And suprisingly, some of Korean team came to eat them sneakily...I hope they really enjoyed Japanese prepared meals. BTW, according to WHO, today a value of radio measured in Seoul is much higher than Fukushima city.
How do you like food of the cafeteria of the village? Is Japanese food authentic one? Japanese ice cream is not very good by the way... A little different... LoL
Eat that healthy food from Fukushima and don't regret it your past. USA also prepares food for their athletics. At least, Americans, and Korean athletics don't have to worry about the food from Fukushima because the two governments perpare their food for their athletics. However; Japanese never mentioned about USA athletics or USA government. Hilarious
