table tennis Germany's men's team Dimitrij Ovtcharov, Timo Boll, Patrick Franziska, Benedikt Duda ready for the table tennis event to start. #Tabletennis #OlympicVillageTokyo #Tischtennis
Thank you Dimitrij for showing us how it's like in the inside of Olympics because we could never experience those. This is so precious for me because being an Olympics audience is already my dream, let alone being a participant like you. Good lucks to you and Timo Boll. I love you guys.

Just watched your match against Ma Long, you played really well Dima, and I'm sure your fans are proud of you. Don't mind ! Reset ! Fight for your Bronze Medal !
Some coaches are tough. They are there to win and for that, they need to practice, not watch TV. Not only that, but media adds an additional stress on the athletes. Never know what news they see and how some reporters formulate the news and then the athletes will either get upset, or stressed out or angry and they definitely do not need that.
Lmao there is no wallpaper since after the olympics the building will be sold to the general public. Plus this is a normal japanese minimalist interior space. Japan is well-known as a minimalist.
Well done Dima for the Bronze saw ya match on our tv 😂 so close in an epic match unlucky not to beat the greatest table tennis player ever for the Gold Medal Match. Thanks for showing us in the Olympic Village for ya one or two week and also love Germany one of my fave countries in the World u guys do so well in all Sports battling the best in the 🌎🌍

@@seifarri7468 japanese government hiding radiation... yes japan is fake..two face country as we know.....Japan is an unhappy country where groups are more important than individuals..sorry...japan..
Welcome to Japan! Thank you for understanding Japanese style. The bed is too small for you but the company in charge thought hard. After Olympic Games, the property is put up for sale as a family apartment. I wish you a best performance!
If i was an Athlete i would never stay in that conditions before an important Moment of my Carreer . I can stay in hostels wihout problems ,or shitty apartment , or camping , but Not during the Olympics where you Need comfort and to relax
The brand new village is wayyy better than any hostels, shitty apartments or dirty camping grounds than you'd ever live in. Another reason why you'd never be an elite athlete.
@K Y ya, heard their own athletes don’t even stay in their Olympic village…ironic enough. So many ppl here who’s not Japanese nor Olympic athletes are justifying for them are just sad for the foreign athletes who actually lives in there.
They're there to compete, not for vacation. The village is amazing despite matters of quarantine and safety control. Imagine if this was held in any other country, what would it look like then? If anyone had it bad, it would be the locals. The Japan Olympic committee spent way over their budget when locals cant even get vaccinated yet and small business are deteriorating due to government support being focused on the dumb event. It's a shithole here in Japan because of this stupid event, so many people dont want the olympics here, but do you see that on the news? Nope.
@@765rewq The Olympic Village is located in a prime location in the Bay Area. The terrace overlooks the sea and has a wonderful view. There are 21 residential buildings in total. It has 3850 rooms with 18,000 beds. The main dining hall, where you can dine 24 hours a day, has 3000 seats and 700 different dishes. Fitness gym, practice area, relaxation room, There is also a clothes cleaning shop, clothing and shoes repair service, and a hair salon. There is also a post office, a bank, a souvenir shop, a convenience store and a game arcade. You can also rent a bicycle to run in the park along the coast. Furthermore, there is a vast park outside, and a large self-driving electric car that runs in the Olympic Village runs 24 hours a day. These are almost free services. You say these are not human accommodation. Then You gotta do it. In this pandemic!
One of my worst experiences in my college day in the U.S. was living in the dorm at my university. The garbage was all over, guys playing music so loud in the middle of the night, no privacy at all. Compared to that, this is so much better.
You're so inspiring, Dima!! After 3 weeks of sleeping on a cardboard bed, one can only bring back-pain home! But you've brought two FABULOUS medals home! Your positivity and humbleness don't fit in words!! This is definitely my top favorite video of yours. Best wishes and big congratulations on your precious medals!! 🍀🍀
Sehr spartanische Unterkunft. Dachte, es wäre ein bisschen mehr Luxus drin .... Aber die meiste Zeit verbringt Ihr ja sowieso nicht auf dem Zimmer. Viel Erfolg Euch allen! Und kommt gesund wieder zurück. ;-)
I like this video so much. If you don't mind, I would like to ask your permission to share this video to the other website in China for the embarrassing reason that RU-vid is blocked fromaccessing in China. Of course, I will give sources of the original website. Thank you very much.
I was worried because the reporter said on TV that the room was small, the bathroom was shared, and the bed was cardboard. It was good because all the players seemed to be able to use it without any problems. Good Luck!👍🏻
I’m Japanese High school student . The Japanese media reports only bad things, so I thought the players were unpleasant. But I'm glad that it seems to be good! I look forward to your success! (Translation may be wrong 🙇♂️)
tbh, we have full faith in Japan because Japanese are top notch in terms of their integrity, quality and commitment. I am sure the athletes are having a pleasant stay regardless
Japan provides Fukushima food. How dare do it to the athletes from overseas. if it is safe, pls. let Japanese consume Fukushima food. USA, China, Korea, Taiwan etc still prohibits Fukushima agriculture and sea fishes. Japan always speak ill of Korea through their media. And Japan bookstores even have aniti Korea book corners. And Hate Korea books are bestsellers in Amazon Japan and continues to publish Korea hate books. Japanese government should stop doings politics using boosting anti Korea moods. Yahoo Japan news normally are full of Korea hate articles. During PyungChang Korea Olympics period, Japan set up its own Japanese restaurant saying Korea food is dirty. But now Japanese criticized Korea which provides its own foods to Korean athletes. We Korea, did not criticized Japanese action during our PyungChang Olympics. Also Korea has provided our own food since Beijing Olympics. But Japanese criticizes all of Korea actions. Japan, Pls. do not politics by boosting anti Korea movements. Japan is Korea Stalker. Do research Japanese TV and Newspapers and Yahoo Japan, they have been full of Korea hating things.
@@coolcorea6217 Regarding food, I think it is an appeal for reconstruction because in Japan, this Olympics is called the "Reconstruction Olympics". Some Japanese people also do not eat food from Fukushima. The athletes are from overseas, so they are more worried about it. However, the media reports anxiety as if it were a bad thing. I want the athletes to eat good food. I have the same thoughts as you have about Korea. It is the government and old people who hate Korea. I think the media is trying to give a bad impression. Our generation likes Korea. It's also a fad. Koreans think that everyone in Japan hates Korea because of the media. I think this is sad. Also, I don't know about the PyeongChang Olympics. I also don't know anything about the PyeongChang Olympics, so this is the first time I've heard of such a thing happening. The media doesn't report the bad things. I think it made a lot of people feel uncomfortable. I hope that our relationship will not get any worse. I don't want Korean people to hate Japan either, but I understand that it is unavoidable.
Nice views! After the Olympics and Paralympics, the facility will be sold to the general public. I also want to live there, but I don't have the money 😆
