OM Mantra Chanting at 417Hz. OM is the Primordial Sound of the Universe. Its the sound that reverberates in the entire cosmos and in every cell of our body, and 417Hz is amazingly beautiful frequency that acts as a cleansing agent for our body, removing negativity, negative blocks and toxicity from our body and mind.
And when we combine both of these - it gives rise to an astoundingly powerful effect, of removing all the negative emotions and let the positivity of OM takes it place. It becomes a powerful meditation tool.

I am muslim but when I listen to this I got teary eyed like when I am listening to adzan or qur'anic verses. Or like when I listen to beautiful church songs. I feel like there is certain frequency or vibration that connect us to the universe or even the creator himself. It made me feel like I am part of something bigger and that I have never been alone. It is humbling and also relieving.

In vedas there are so many name given to him like :par-bhram, purush, par-aatma etc etc. that purush is formless(nirakar) so to better maintain a universe and establish a continuity he need to take a form(saakar)...Therefore he takes two form (male and female) -male(shiv) is a celestial come from top of the universe and female(shakti) come from earth (prakrati-nature). that why we say SHIV-SHAKTI because it is a integral from that purush.

I listened to this chant three months in hospital. It was helping me to hold the pregnacy and avoid premature. I was not allowed to get out from the bed and I had infusions and pain all the time. The situation was very dangerous. This chant rescued me and my baby over countless hours. Now we are fine and full of great luck. May this luck flow over this planet.

I've chanted the OHM for many years. This particular version is my favorite to listen to and chant with. My life is in transition and as a senior I struggle to keep up as the world changes with a cost of living I have difficulty sustaining. It gets overwhelming. Scientific Research on Om Many scientific studies have been conducted at different institutionsregarding the effect of Om on the body and mind. It has been observed that when Om is recited ten times in a low pitch, the internalised attention is produced.In simple words the attention turns inward. The concentration is improved and it is well focused. Alpha rhythm is nicely synchronised and blood pressure as well as heart rate is reduced. Galvanic skin resistance is increased. In short, Om recitation, done in a lower voice and prolonged manner, produces parasympathetic predominance and brings about calmness and peace. When Om is recited in a higher pitch or voice, the heart rate of the individual and the muscular activity of the chin increases manifold. In short, a sympathetic activity increases indicating a nervous excitation.
