I just love you blokes ! In the next month getting ready to put your pump ,quick spool intake and turbo on my 0M617 can’t wait ! What makes it sound like that when you let off of the fuel ? Intermitting spooling down boost noise ? does it have to be electronic fuel injection to make that noise? Anyway it sounds cool and I hope mine does that as well .

Sir ,i really admire your work and i congratulate you, i am writing you from Honduras Central america because i have w 463 whith an OM 606 that i bought with a bad PCM and it did not start but i made a mecanical system whit a litle piston in the pump and it works but i still have the problem with the turbo controls and egr selenoids and the big problem is that the engine get off after i desacelerate Even if the car is running ,i put the time at 11 degres as you recommend the power is good but it shut off after run ,i am trying to buy the module but i can not find it ,can you please help me? I try for ebay.
Congrats for your videos. Very well done. I’m restoring a w460 in Morocco, and it has already an OM606 engine installed on it with the 5speed transmission. My issue is about the G-wagen 240GD original tachometer… how to get it working properly with this engine ? Unfortunately I didn’t find any local mech that could understand how to do the trick, still I read some threads on the web people already did that and it worked fine. If there is any assistance you can offer, I’m your customer !
