We have the experience to Install a Mercedes OM602, 3, 5, or 6 into just about any vehicle, resulting in massive tuning potential and reasonable fuel returns. (our 400+bhp averages 39.9 daily).
These engines are fast becoming the choice of many Motorsport and Off Road enthusiasts.
Nice! Love the attention to detail right down to the nice laminated instruction sheet! I need to get one of these someday, maybe for Christmas this year!? I wouldn't mind getting a crate om606 kit too for Christmas 🎄🎁❤️👍🏻👌🏻🛠️🔧🔩
Where do i get new prechembers for the 603 turbo. Merch dont sell them anymore. i have to go to mercedes classic but they dont reply to my emails and they dont even have them in stock!! help me out curse i want my 124 to run smooth and i notis that under the chamber edge there was a thin washer.. dont know if its for setting the hight of the chamber? no forum says enything about it that i could find. Hellow from Denmark
awesome video mate, looking forward to buying one of your bad boy edc pumps off you soon, by the way is there an option to have a billet edc pump made up as I want to stick with my edc set up for now thanks
I am also very interested in using an 8.5mm edc pump in conjunction with a dsl1 ecu. You get all the benefits of the mechanical injection as well as the benefits of a modern engine control strategy (ie. Datalogging, CAN communication, cruise control, watermeth injection, etc). It would make it easier to integrate the om606 with modern tcu's to allow the use of transmissions such as the 6r80 or the 8hp transmissions. I would love to see this as an offering.
I just love your videos !! i have a patrol y61 with a td42 engine ! and i am going to by a y60 short version to play around, and i am searching here in my country for a OM606 turbo for the engine with a td42 gearbox
@@saaliegmomath197 I know my friend but belive me its hard to achive that...I bought from him 7.7mm and what i not tried but unfortunatelly imposiblle to get 500bhp..and i decide to go dieselmaken 8.0mm plungers to achive that..
I know you're a mercedes man, but any advice on trying to getting more power out of a 4D56T so I can at least cruise between 100 -120 kmh. I've done all the 'tuning' a man can in his garage like tinkering with the fuel screw, adjusting the boost compensator diaphragm and lifting boost to 1 Bar, but I can't find a pump specialist willing to do some mechanical changes. She's fully mechanical already. I have seen some Bosch VE pump modifications on the interweb that look interesting. I just don't know if this is all she's got. She's a beast in urban driving but on long distance I just would like to have a bit more power.
I saw on your website that you made a limited run of 8.5mm edc pumps. Is it possible that you will ever make another run of them? If not, is it possible to have on custom made for a build?
Im too poor for anything like this but if i ever get any kind of money you guys are the first people im calling. One day i will have a patrol with a 606. I'll just live in the car. Propper good 😅 ❤️❤️
Came across this video today as I have patiently taken the whole day to remove mine and onto the last one that’s moved back and fourth with loads of thread breaker and wd40 and pop snapped past the nut. Currently using a self tapping screwed into the tip (tungsten luckily attached to the top that came out) and have tried pulling it out with not much luck. Have started to remove the front of the van just so I can get a slide hammer on it. Thought I’d have a look online for any tips as although I done this when the engine was hot it doesn’t take long for it to cool down and that carbon turn into what I can only describe as bitumen like hell 😂 Glad I stumbled across it as just for what turned out to be an American Steven hawking impression 😂 you get a follow for that alone and a great video insight 👍🏻
