I own the Superocean, 42 black. Absolutely love it. It’s stunning in person. The Aqua Terra was too bland for me personally.

Having owned the Aquaterra Small seconds, I can tell you that it is a great watch but I found it a bit to subdued for my taste. The Breitling just wins out with the wrist presence and that green 42 SOH has me "green" with envy! Also, I like it on the rubber strap too because it tones down the "Blinginess" a bit and it's just a very tasteful piece. Remember when I told you no more mid-level luxuries this year? We'll see about that!!

Good comparison between these 2 models. I liked the Breitling slightly more because of the meshed bracelet is so unique. Both are good choices to add to ones collection.

I own the Breitling. Love it. It’s my travel watch because it flies under the radar and I don’t worry about it getting stolen. Wearing my Rolex GMT or Cartier Santos in developing countries makes me nervous because they are so recognizable.

For me the aqua terra is easy winner it's a slam dunk especially on the rubber wears wonderfully. I have the two tone blue dial one and am going to get the all stainless one as well eventually and have both because I like them so much

The Breitling is very bold and eye catching on that bracelet. A customer from work has one. I like it but it’s a bit to full on for me. The Omega is more to my taste and I appreciate the bracelet end links more than the the exposed pins of the Super Ocean. Both watches are great but the the Breitling is definitely a bit louder😂

for me it's the breitling a cool looking watch and very underrated as a watch as a whole and at the moment the Chinese omega questions are a worry when buying one

As some one who has both of these watches, you cannot go wrong with either. The super ocean is a little tall in height but that is my only gripe. The Omega I feel has no weaknesses as it checks all the boxes. Both are excellent for the money.

I want both. Aqua Terra in blue small seconds on the rubber strap, and the Breitling in green on the mesh 😊

I have the 42 Heritage two tone blue/gold on rubber. The Breitling is way dressier, looks great on video but even better on the sun! 😍😍😍

As I've mentioned in other videos of yours Bruce, I have the AT41 Small Seconds in Blue with Rubber and truly believe this is the "BEST GADA" watch out there. It gets my vote

I struggle with the comparison. The bezel on the Breitling makes it a very different watch. Unfair maybe, but comparing it with a Planet Ocean might be better. I recently bought a Breitling GMT then a few days later thought better of it and took it back to the dealer and bought an Aqua Terra 38mm with dark blue dial instead. Couldn’t be happier. The AT is amazing. But then again I do have the Planet Ocean when I want to rotate a bezel!

Aqua Terra the clear winner. I do like the Breitling however. A better comparison would have been the Seamaster 300 (not 300M) to the Breitling. Although for me the Omega would still have won. I have seen the Breitling 42mm used close to $3000 and at that price it's a tougher choice.

My super ocean heritage 42mm in black has received more compliments than any other watch I’ve owned. The Milanese bracelet is an eye catcher.

Omega AT easily for me. The movement is tops. However, I can’t help thinking the Aqua Terra would look better on the OEM stainless Milanese bracket.

I feel the Aqua Terra is more the dressy version. So between these 2, then I'd take the SuperOcean, but if you bring up the Seamaster 300, then I'd take that. But I've got watches from both and love them both for different reasons! :)

I saw the Omega and thought it looked nice, then you showed the Super Ocean, lol. No contest, the SOH is on another level.

SOH2 and Omega Seamaster 300 are two of my weekend "go to" watches, and I think the SOH2 is better suited to that comparison than with the Aqua Terra. Great video and great watches!

Have a breitling SOH b01 on the rubber strapso I might be biased but I recently picked up my white dial speedy and tried on the aqua terra during the wait. The aqua terra is subpar to the breitling b01 once you put it on your wrist. The quality and wrist presence is noticeably better for the breitling.

I own and love both, imo the SO is more sporty and casual while the AT is more elegant and sporty, for me the SO is an “ocean watch” not a dive watch, the kind of watch I imagine myself surfing, kayaking, and just having fun at the beach (not saying. Im actually doing those things, I mean in same way I imagine myself going to the moon with the speedy) it’s really my definition for a “fun watch”. The AT on the other hand is very elegant and classy imo yet still give a sporty vibe, I would compare it to something like the Cartier Santos or the Rolex Explorer. Like I said I love both, but currently the AT 41 with green dial is my favorite 😅 just my opinion but I love the dial so much I don’t think you can get a better watch under 8k* *”for me” as they say

Very difficult choice, somedays the Super ocean and others the aqua terra. Personally the Brietling, but, good luck with either as there both superb!

Omega AT all day long. It is the most versitile watch on the planet. With a world class movement. You can even order the mesh bracelet for it now. Its a strap monster, nato/rubber leather, all with a well balance dial. Perfection

As a fan/owner of both brands. AQUA T is the winner here, but both are nice. Omega is understated, Breitling is a touch flashy for my sensibilities, in this case.

Have the Breitling super ocean outerknown. Same exact color scheme with chronograph and chronometer cert. Day and date too. So I'm a little prejudice. Don't have any omegas . Gotta rectify that.

The Aqua Terra Blue with small second complication and rubber strap is one of the greatest watches in the world.

Definitely Aqua Terra, own movement Co-Axial you can always sell the watch with Breitling it's really difficult to sell the watch

Was in a similar situation and Breitling took my $$$. The B just looked gorgeous and wore nicer than the Omega.

the mesh bracelet is nice on the breit so h2, wish omega at had a bracelet that nice althou the rubber strap omega nailed it.

The Breitling, particularly with the blue dial and mesh bracelet is much more attractive AND cheaper and better power reserve with very close levels of accuracy.

Depends if he wants the option to dress it up. If so, AT (only wo/SS, though…AT w/SS are ugly as sin) wins. If not, it’s that 42mm green Breitling Bruce showed at the end, all day long. Bruce hinted at this in the video, but let’s just put a fine point on it - for 110% of the AT MSRP, he can prob get the Omega and the Breitling used but in near perfect condition. So, if he opts for the AT and is ok paying MSRP, why not up the budget a little and get both?

Breitling 💯 especially visually. I can write a book about the times I bought a watch based on specs only to seek it weeks later because it was too boring for my taste

I have the Breitling in 42 mm green dial and I have a omega smp 300 black dial. So not a perfect comparison but I had the aqua terra on my wrist numerous times. I really love the Breitling. The looks of the watch are very beautiful But it’s quit bulky and doesn’t wear as nice as the smp 300. The bezel action and movement ( winding It etc) feel so much more luxurious on the omega. So omega wins by a lot on almost everything. Buttt I love my Breitling so much. It’s a jewel on your wrist. I’m actually thinking about selling my omega instead of the Breitling, What can I say. This hobby makes you weird

I don’t mind the Breitling but if it’s a diver idk If it’s a bit too loud. I’ll take Omega.

Breitling is all too bling for me. I tried the B01 Deus the other day and I liked it, though the strap felt cheap. Omega for me.

I've never considered public perception when choosing a watch I buy what I like I'm not so insecure that I need every random stranger for approval and if you have to do it for dates or friends it's probably a good digger . 1) they aren't paying for it 2) most people don't have a clue what a good/well made/technological watch is . In this line up aqua terra

A better comparison would have been seamaster pro vs super ocean.

Any other Breitling and I’d say the Omega was the winner however that Breitling is an absolute stunner so I’ll call it a draw. 😊

Omega Aqua Terra wins. Breitling is a brick in size and is based on a dressed up Tudor movement. You won't think it is a brick in size until you have had it for a year.

Although I personally prefer the style of Superocean-heritage (disclaimer: I own the chronograph version), when it is going to make recommendation to others, I would go to Aqua Terra. Two key points: more practical movements (anti-magnetism) and better value retention.

Sorry, the Aqua Terra is NOT a dive watch, they make plenty of dive watches 300, planet ocean, ultra deep, ect..the AquaTerra is more sport/dress watch with a great mvmt. So you’re comparing apples and oranges.. compare the Aqua Terra to the Rolex OP. (Fair fight)

I would have said Omega in the past, not like Rolex (maybe not quite as bad) they lack anything original. At least Breitling have been trying to produce newer models and designs.
