I am 68 years old, and I have been around, not much surprises me. This young lady makes me feel young again, and I love that. I believe she is the greatest singer that, yes I'll say it, that has ever lived. I think she was born to save the world, that we may see what true artistry, and true singing is. It gives us an idea of how wonderful life could be, just by listening to her. I think the seeds she plants will grow to be another golden age of man. Aside from having the best voice I've heard Anglina is also the greatest interpreter of lyrics.. According to the songwriter at the time, he was married to his first wife but still had feelings for his childhood sweetheart, who was married back in Houston. His wife had suspicions about his feelings. He felt it was a confusing time for him and that all three were "caught in this trap that they could not walk out of." . Elvis version and all other covers I've heard with the boucny upbeat tempo loses those feelings of hurt , confustion, regret remorse and hope which was the intent of the lyric.... She also brilliantly uses the bridge as an intro to set the mood " oh will our love survive I'll dry the tears from your eyes don't let a good thing dies when honey you know I'll never lie to you... The first time I've eve heard this song not start right from the verse...

Fantastic reaction and talk about giving new life to a Super Classic! That song is Awesome, Ive watches 4 times on her official channel and probably about 20 reactions. Everytime I hear it, it seems to get better,can't explain it but that is a fact. She has about 10 to 15 songs that strike me the same way. Can't wait until she goes, Mainstream, it is going to be a wake up call to the Industry. The videp Produce by her Grandmother is telling a Story and another reactor explained his interpatation which I believe makes sense. Being in an Antique Store and pulling sheets of old mirrors and piano with dust coming off, then the Baby to Angelina and then timing of the song and how she begun singing. The old furniture and sheets coming off, is the representation of how she Covers very old songs. The baby to Angelina is her journey listening and singing them throughout her 16 years. TBH, what's the point of words when there's no chance of doing justice, right ? Reactions are more than words. The trhree girls you see in this video are all her family. (Well done by Mery Zamani, the director of this video, making sure all three of her grandchildren are in the video.) The two first ones are her cousins, the children of her uncle and manager. The oldest girl is her sister, Juliette. She is developing into an incredibly beautiful girl. Angelina's appearance and props in this video is a throwback to Elvis' 1968 Comeback Special, where he sported the black leather dress, and used the red guitar. I have heard rumours that this was THE guitar Elvis used. In that case I understand why she treated it like china. I heard that the guitar was auctioned to someone in Austalia for 500.000 USD. Her hairdo, the beehive, is a tribute to Priscilla's hairstyle from the time she met Elvis. Angelina changed up the order of things in this performance. As you know, the intro is not an intro in the original, rather a section from later on. Her vocals in that intro is the strongest vocals I have ever heard by her, and her tone and timber was that of a much more mature voice than we're used to. I think it has to be my favorite portion of any song she has performed until now. It's just incredibly beautiful the way I see it. Absolutely what I expected. She made this her own song and she did it beautifully. I noticed Juliet sitting there she is going to be as beautiful as Angelina one day. Elvis' version is great and it always was, and it still is one of my favorites. but Angelina's version is equally great and is definitely her own. When I first heard this song I loved it and put it at #3 on my playlist (Angelina Jordan Playlist by Terry M.), about midday I moved it up to #1. The main thing that changed my mind was the power in her voice. I'm not talking about loudness I'm talking about the power she has regardless of how loud or soft she sings. This is a quality that I haven't heard from anyone in my 82 years. This voice has become so unique that it is totally unmatched.
