The real fact about "Jallikattu" i.e., "Yeru Thazhuvudhal" (Note : "Zh" sounds "L" in Tamil Eg : Tamil is not a crct one Tamizh is a crct one...) So now to Yeru Thazhuvudhal : If a person holds the hump for 10 seconds he is a winner and there is no hurt for the bull...and the lost bull is used to plough the field and not to the slaughter house... And if the bull wins...it is send for the breeding purpose...that's what "Jallikattu" ( Yeru Thazhuvudhal) is about... But Outsiders like unknown people or Peta organisation thinks that we are hurting the bull...but that's not right...if u say the word that " u r hurting the bull " here in TamilNadu the people will thrash u out... because we see them as a member of our family like a brother or son...

If you plan to visit India, explorer with people in urban side for a while. Sure you will love and never feel going back. It was biggest peacefull movement in late 2000s. The longest beach trail marina beach was flooded by millions of humans for jallikatu bam. Fully peaceful but some conspiracy made by political parties and MNC companies made it a violent at end. India is famous for united movements to get their rights like American black rights movement.. and here media and other ppl cover only whrn it's so big issue. One such is jallikatu protest. Proud to be a tamizhan🥰, proud to be indian🥰.

Jallikattu is a traditional game played by Tamils for 100s of years but an organisation called peta filed an complaint against this in Supream court and banned that game.
