Completely understand why not using Fatalities is a respect thing bc it's not wasting the other players time, but also from a viewers perspective, it's one of the coolest parts of MK as a series and I wish we got to see them more often
Ew no, injustice plays so freaking stiff every characters movement feels blocky and stiff. Its literally what kept me out of mk11 because the movement style is very much like injustice
I don’t personally have Omniman yet but I played against a Omniman-Jax earlier today. He would do the stance at max height and call in Jax unblockable. If he timed the overhead right it was a free combo. If he miss timed it he was still safe. Only way I could deal with it was either on prediction on air to air or by reaching Jax before he did his ground punch. Maybe you could try that out, I know it was super hard to deal with especially if he did it from full screen
I’m guessing invincible is probably gonna be in injustice 3 as dlc which would be cool since invincible is just a more reserved version of Omni man. He would better fit injustice.
I remember where they use to have compilation of rage quits in mortal kombat WITHOUT COMMENTARY. They got straight to the rage with the mics on. Now it’s just hey watch me fight for 100minutes and see possibly 1 rage quit.
That is one thing that is annoying. Even with the fatal blows in MK11. When you wanna roll then block if the opponent is a bit aggressive the fatal blow comes out. Had a lot of input problems in 11 even though input shortcuts are set to off. I main Rain in 11 and when I want to back 4 I get the down back 4 which makes Rain turn into water and get punished for a input mistake
Couple times per match all you need with him as kameo doing 40 to 50% combos but if your good and time the kameo right you'll land it just as much as any other combo while doing more damage
I've been loving omni-man. His combos look like they hit like a train every time. My only dislike is no spine breaking brutality. Ed needs to get on it asap
You can scorpion kameo after the 222. Hard to confirm at least for me so I just throw it out preemptively but being his only overhead string it’s pretty good to catch people off guard!
If you time button presses to the attacks of the fatal blow, it slightly increases damage I believe pressing buttons to the timing of enemy's fatal blows also slightly reduces damage It was like that in mk11 as well, if i remember correctly :)
I hate not being able to change characters in Kombat league. Also while i do enjoy this game a lot i feel like the kameos really let the creativoty of the characters themselves you cant give them too many options because the kameos add so much. Just look at kung lao he gives every character hard to blockanle low high mixups and thats not even counting the characters that already have their own hard to blockables
People are so fragile that they see fatalities as disrespect. It's part of the game, a staple, and if I am killed, I am at their mercy, and vice versa. There's more to life than increasing it's speed. A lot of the younger generation just want to get to the next thing quick.
You could just do random character select before the set. Then after the set play another random character, and post like three matches with three different characters
Omni man is way over the top. Can do 35% of damage with minimal effort. If you just get that first hit you can do it everytime. It’s annoying and he is OP right now
it’s pretty stupid how using a fatality, in game where its entire gimmick revolves around them, is considered “BM” lol it should considered BM if you DON’T use them, because it’s like they’re not worthy of the effort. back when arcades were a big thing, people would just stop playing and walk away from the machine if they were kicking your ass lol
