I have to agree, there haven’t been that many Frost users lately. I think the characters who benefit more from Frost over Sub Zero are the ones who don’t have good low mix ups or struggle to open opponents up. Li Mei is a good example, her F44 is a low overhead string but Frost makes it a double low however she gets more damage from Scorpion or Jax.

Agree, at the beginning you could maybe get ppl trying to hit you when u were plus but now they all know it so it never hits lol. You really gotta use kameos to at least be safe.

Aside from higher tier characters there's way too many mids idk why. Most characters actually had some lows and overheads in MK11 but no combos. Now we have lots of combos but now way to open up without Kameos lol.

I do the same combo you do but instead of F3 before the stance 1, I just use stand 3 and then DB1ex and 1. It does 43%

you have to launch them and then do the kick when they’re about to hit the ground and it would bounce them if you fly into them again

you do back 11-12 but you have to time it so you miss the first hit and then figure out the frames so you can get the timing then 3-superman-forward 3- stance grab
