If we're taking the most op version of Doomsday, then it wouldn't matter. Would be akin to a human with no modern technology trying to fight a grizzly bear in an open field. There's only so much Omniman could do against sth that's unkillable from his perspective. Doomsday got stomped out by a horde of Kryptonians once, meaning Omniman would need to produce more energy than that if he wanted to defeat him. He's also been lasered by Superman, so the heat of stars wouldn't even affect him. On top of that he practically has no internal organs, no heart, no brain, no liver etc, so there's barely any weakpoints on him.

He also can't survive being near the Sun too long & his inner ear is extremely sensitive to certain frequenies- crippling him like grabbing a base-form Saiyan's tail, lastly: Thragg aka Freddie Mercury - nuff said. Thragg's not even putting Doomsday down, so Onmi-man has NO chance. It's common knowledge Doomsday is stronger than Superman, cannot be killed the same way twice & his body adapts and naturally produces powers that exploits his enemy's weaknesses. Nolan does not have a diverse power set to put down Doomsday, so Doomsday WILL beat Nolan by attrition alone. Doomsday has to be sealed somewhere in order to "win".
