Might also explain the very low pulse pressure. According to the readings I would expect both testpersons to be in severe trouble. And since they seem just fine the measurement is done wrong in some way. In one of the cases the pulse pressure reads less than 20. When the monitor has these smart functions it seems a little odd that it won't warn in any way when the readings is like this. But then again - some people could have a pulse pressure like this. But they would not be ok at all.
