In this Omsi 2 the bus simulator tutorial I show you how to set up your steering wheel or game controller in Omsi 2. This tutorial covers all steering wheels whether it be a logitech, thrustmaster, racing wheel, 180 degrees, 90 degrees or 270 degrees wheel the method is exactly the same; the method I show in this video.

T150S or Logitech are standard. At least 900 degrees rotation

Thank you for your explaining, i have a question please, when we come to setup the gear transmission key bindings the g29 N gear not be assigned? So i had to press the clutch and press N on the keyboard every time i need to stop ... İs there any solution for this issue ?

Hello, thanks for your very helpful video, it loads up my Tracer Roadster 4in1 perfectly and very fast, and the wheel moves, but my pedals just don't react when I try to push throttle or brake. Any ideas ?

I have a wheel with 2 pedals but when I set it only my pedal to go forward work and when I let go it brakes and my brake pedal does work to brake help the lease

@@TransportEnthusiastI don’t have a clutch and I was using the option you used but only my accelerator would work and when I take my foot of the accelerator it would act like a brake and my brake was pedal wouldn’t work

@@TransportEnthusiast yeah I got that bit to work but I'm now having issues with the pedals, they are clearly working properly because in the config page in the settings, when I press the pedals the blue bar with the percentage is going up and down but when I try drive a bus in game it doesn't move but the wheel works fine

Hi I do not understand I have a thrusmaster tmx with 2 pedals and when I was in the adjustment of the crankset the gauges are all at 100% .. I tried all the possible combinations either I can accelerate but its brakes alone or so I just braked but it accelerates on its own you'll have an idea please ?

You need to select it first in the left box and then it will show up in the right.

im very late but my logitech g29 pedals and steering wheel wouldnt work for some reason and i have tried auto config but when i go back to the game the bus isnt responding to my steering wheel and when i got back to settings the steering wheel was disconnecting and i tried to fix it over and over but the bus isnt responding to my steering wheel can you help?

Hello, im having trouble setting up my Logitech G29. When i first got the game and tried setting up the wheel it showed instantly in the Game Controller area but then the game crashed and when i restarted and went back there i waited like you said (i gave it 1 hour to load) but nothing showed up. Could you please help ?

Make sure not too touch anything while it loads. Might just need to give it another shot, omsi 2 sometimes doesn't do the charm first time around.

However, every time i go on the game controller section there's a box that says "" on top of the two force feedback options but it disappears straight away and then nothing. ive also been trying this since Sunday. any suggestion on what i should do?

Hello! I know im late but i cant seem to be able to drive manual cars. I dont have a physical shifter but i have a clutch. I tried to hold the clutch and use the 1234567 buttons but it didnt work. I tried binding next gear and prev gear on my wheel but even when i hold the clutch it still didnt work. On keyboard however i am able to take off with 1234567 buttons and the clutch button TAB. Can you help me get manual transmission working on my steering wheel or somehow combine wheel and steering wheel controls? Thank you in advance.

Maybe try auto config and tweak from there, one of the settings may have got lost at some stage.

Hi. What could be the cause of the accelerator pedal being pressed to the floor all the time? I reinstalled the system and after reinstalling I can't fix it. The "inverse" option also does not work (but only on the accelerator pedal). Steering, clutch, brake and gears work as they should.

@@TransportEnthusiast I solved the problem. The MODE setting was shown for a two-pedal system, I have 3. So it's not the game's fault, it's the hardware.:)

That is strange, have you selected right axes and option for wheel, try autoconfig

@@TransportEnthusiast Ouu actaully now steering works after autoconfiguration, but by two pedals I control only gas or breake, I cannot set it Throttle/Breake because nothing reacts edit: okay I got it fine now, thank you very much! The game it self in polish is very bad translated and when I set it to english now I undertand why it wasn't working, thanks again!

That is how vehicles normally are, as if you have it in gear and don't engage the handbrake the vehicle will move

I've set it up as both throttle/brake however when i don't touch the throttle the bus moves but when i touch the throttle it brakes and when i press the brake it does nothing

Maybe try setting it up as throttle and brake seperately, as setup is different for some wheels

Seemingly it worked for thousands of other and not you so yes video is problem not the viewer or the bus you are using.
