-Chicken heart 90g
-Salt 2.5-3g
-Fresh black pepper: some
-Garlic 20g (as Peeled)
-Onion 150g
-Mushroom 90g
-Salt & pepper: some
-Worcestershire sauce 10g (2tsp)
-Tomato ketchup 45g
-Salt 1/2 tsp (2g)
-Cold rice 340g
-Cheddar cheese some
(Omellette 1 portion)
-Egg 3
-Salt a pinch

-Chicken heart 0.2lb
-Salt 0.1oz
-Fresh black pepper: some
-Garlic 0.7oz (as Peeled)
-Onion 5.3oz

-Salt & pepper: some
-Worcestershire sauce 0.35oz (2tsp)
-Tomato ketchup 1.6oz
-Salt 1/2 tsp (2g0.07oz)
-Cold rice 12oz

I was expecting the semi pro like when you fold from the tip of the pan while you shake it but itll probably look the same anyway :) helpful video. I myself was once an omelette man in a hotel and a my chef taught me how to do it like a pro.

Hi, thanks for your videos! I have a question: do you cook rice in kombu water or just soak and rinse after it? because in "potato salad" recipe you cooked potato in kombu water. thanks!

Hi, Yes you can cook kombu with rice and water. Just remove kombu once the rice is cooked👍

Hey chef what size oan do you recommend for this? I have a 12 inch pan and I feels a bit too big sometimes. Or perhaps I need more practice?

Hi Beck Fleur!! There isn't exact good replacement for warestershire sauce, but take it easy! Just add a bit more tomato sauce then👍 No worries😉

Chef does changing up the rice type change anything I tried the kombu soak with brown rice left for a few hrs and didn't taste much difference?

Hi Joshua!! For the taste, I recommend Japanese white rice. But Brown rice is still ok my friend!! Of course you can use the kombu technique too😉👍

I'm afraid to say but I don't have quiet environment to be able to ASMR..😓 I thought about uploading 2 videos each time to seperate the one with BGM, one with No BGM. But apparently, it seems not working because of sounds if cars, birds, and my neighbour's new dog.. But I'll keep trying to find a way to do it!! I apologize for the inconvenience.
