On the air QSO with my Radioberry TRX. I started this project last November (2023). Progress was slow because of other commitments. I completed it (well, almost) yesterday. Power output was measured using a Tektronix 495P Spectrum analyzer and a LP-100A power/swr meter.
The QRP amp uses a push-pull pair of IRF530 MOSFETs.
LPF, TX/RX relay change-over, and PWR/SWR sensing are all on a single board cannibalized from a Yaesu FT-757GX HF 100W rig.
This is a 10/15/17/20/30/40/60/80/160m all Band, all Mode HF SDR QRP Transceiver using a Radioberry hat - by Johan, PA3GSB on the Raspberry Pi 4B running PihpSDR software/app by John Melton, G0ORX.
This is a step-up from the popular uSDX+ SOFTWARE DEFINED RADIO.
Probably a step lower than the Hermes Lite-2, because it's still a half-radio. LPF, TR relay switching, and PA are now in place making this a complete Transceiver.
