It’s pretty clever really - you put in the number (rate) you want to spread at and the spreader takes your speed from the tractor and simply if you go faster the spreader knows to open the hole more to let more fertiliser out or if you slow down then it closes it up. Impressive kit!
vxr 85 Other spreaders are different though and you have to set up the spreader on the correct setting for the speed. Very fortunate to use one that does it itself!
