AD NYC : There is not a single "reason" out there that can justify what he did to her. And also, we DO know his story. It mentioned in the video that he stalked her for years and then threw acid on her because he couldn't handle being rejected. That is all the information we need to know that he's fucking revolting. If you think that his "reason" is acceptable for someone to stalk and chuck ACID on someone's face, then you're 1. a fucking idiot 2. degrading the trauma this women went through Seriously, anyone who would go to such lengths for revenge is disgusting and pathetic. He deserves to rot in jail and have a painful death

We all face challenges. It is so so true though that the very worst of challenges, the ones that seem absolutely insurmountable, are actually the ones that conquered head on, will give us our moment to truly shine and expose our beauty, value, courage and strength. Overcoming such huge obstacles, are what will ultimately define our victory in this life. She would never have gone through this, if she wasn't strong enough to turn the poison into medicine, and inspire so many people being the beautiful human that she is. Just incredible. Thanks for sharing her story.

I would like to tell her that God, you are so fricking strong! And wow, just wow. You seem like a wonderful being. I'd like to kick as hard as I can that horrible being that someone might even call man. But this kind of feeling doesn't help anyone. The focus should be on you and you only. KEEP UP!!!! Why would a man who is so obsessed and "in love" with her want to do something as terrible as an acid attack? I'm not trying to joke, but maybe making her look like that would be the only way that he thought he could stop obsessing over her? I don't fucking know, I can't comprehend something like this happening to anyone for any reason.

I can't believe someone would do something like this to someone else, but I thought that the reason might be so that he can have her all to himself. Maybe he was thinking that it would make her less beautiful, and other men wouldn't want her, so he could have her. I don't know though, it's just a thought

Hannah Smith I think it comes down to possession, like he believed he "owned" her just because he wanted her basically! And that she did not have the right to said no to his advances. And because she had the audacity to reject him, in his sick and obsessed mind he was hellbent on teaching her a lesson, essentially "tainting" her, making her "worthless" so that no man would want to marry her/ she would be outcasted and have to be reminded everyday when she looks in the mirror & what her punishment was for saying no. So messed up

We can definitely call this woman a survivor, she's more than earned the title. What that man did to was wrong in so many ways, and all the blame is on him. And she is so strong for working through this undoubtedly traumatic experience that has changed her life. I'd hire this lady in a heartbeat if I were an employer: her actions show so many good qualities. Independence, strength and confidence are the first that come to mind, but I could list a few more. You need that in any industry.
